In a Twitter thread, Sherman stated "After much thought, I can’t in good conscience vote for Barbara Bry. She is inauthentic, inconsistent, and untrustworthy."Sherman went on to say that he had disagreements with Gloria on the issues, but praised him for consistency and authenticity. In an interview with ABC 10News, Gloria said he was grateful for Sherman's endorsement. "Clearly we’re from different political parties and we disagree on many, many issues. But at the end of the day, he’s casting his vote based on character. And what he shared is really meaningful to me.”Bry told ABC 10News she believes Sherman endorsed her opponent because she had defeated him in the primary, as well as in issues two faced together on the council. Duncan Hunter requested the President pardon two former Border Patrol agents.Ignacio Ramos, Jr., and Jose Compean were both jailed in 2006, for 11 and 12 years, respectively, on assault with a firearm resulting in great bodily injury and obstruction of justice charges.Both former agents had their sentences communed by former President George W. The pursuit became a foot chase when Aldrete-Davila reportedly abandoned his van and tried to run back across the border to Mexico.During the foot chase, Ramos caught up and a struggle began between the two, Hunter's letter stated. Aldrete-Davila broke free and made a run, again, toward the border, during which time both Ramos and Compean opened fire, striking Aldrete-Davila in the buttocks. 1035

Attending a surf school or lesson can help with that. If you've been surfing, it's still always better to surf with a buddy.Warm upStretching out helps prevent injuries. If you're new to surfing, you'll definitely be using some muscles you haven't used before so limber up!Space outBetween your foot and your board's leash, there's plenty of room for your board to get in someone's way and vice-versa. Make sure you have enough room between yourself once you go for a wave. That last thing you want before wiping out is to send your board into someone or catch someone else's board yourself.Don't ruin a waveBefore you paddle out, check the situation. There may be someone hurdling toward you and about to catch a wave. Point being, get your bearings on where others are currently. Paddle out between breaks and you'll be less likely to run into someone.Don't drop inIf you're not paying attention, you may end up on the same wave as another surfer. This can lead to two things, a collision or having to bail out of the wave. Either way, it's bad news. Apologize if you accidentally end up in the situation, but be aware of your surroundings.Spotting a ripRip currents can be a real danger whether you're swimming or surfing. Know how to spot a rip current and where you're allowed to surf, and make sure you're within view of a lifeguard. If you're caught in a rip current, experts say it's important to stay calm.
