(KGTV) — The coroner's office has identified a teenager killed after a student pulled out a handgun and fired at classmates at a Southern California high school Thursday.Gracie Anne Muehlberger, 15, died from her injuries in the shooting at Saugus High School in Santa Clarita. One other student, a 14-year-old boy, also died at Henry Mayo Hospital in Valencia, but his identity has not been released.Three other students, 14-year-old boy, a 14-year-old girl, and a 15-year-old girl, were injured in the shooting, according to Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva. ABC News and CNN have identified the suspect as 16-year-old Nathaniel Tennosuke Berhow.Berhow, a junior at the high school, died Friday from injuries after a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, Sheriff's Homicide detectives told ABC News. Detectives said his mother was present at the time of his death.Investigators were still searching for a motive Friday. One detective said the shooting occurred on Berhow's 16th birthday."We have not yet established a motive or a nexus between the subject and his victims," Sheriff's Capt. Kent Wegener said Thursday. Officials added there's no history of Berhow being bullied or belief he "was acting on behalf of any group or ideology."Investigators said they believe the students injured were targeted at random, but added "it wasn't a spur of the moment act."It's unclear how Berhow reportedly acquired the firearm used in the attack. Several firearms were found in his home after investigators served a search warrant. Authorities added that Berhow's father, who's no longer alive, had six firearms registered to his name. None of those firearms matched the ones located by investigators."It's a sad day in Saugus, it's a sad day in Los Angeles County and the nation for another tragic shooting at a school," said Villanueva on Thursday.All schools in the William S. Hart Union High School District were closed Friday and counseling was made available to staff and students. “Tiger King” star Carole Baskin announced Thursday that she had launched a new virtual reality game where players track tigers in the wild.In a press release, Baskin has worked since February with developer Xennial Digital on the game. "My goal for decades has been to stop the practice of holding wild cats hostage under the guise of conservation or education," Baskin said in the statement. "Judging from the tens of thousands of calls, letters, emails, and social posts I’ve gotten after Tiger King aired, it’s clear to me that most people don’t understand that breeding tigers are causing their extinction in the wild, not preventing it. Another fallacy that came into sharp focus was the general public’s belief that captive-bred big cats can be set free.Baskin said she wanted to prove to people that there was a better way to educate people and make them care about conservation than keeping wild animals in cages, so she wanted to develop a game to make that happen.“It’s a fully immersive game that takes the player on a journey where they learn how to track a tiger in the wild,” Baskin said. “Along the way, they learn about the plight of the tiger in the wild and how the lucrative cub petting industry is fueling the demand for poached wild tigers. (KGTV) -- NBA star Kawhi Leonard is suing Nike, claiming the sportswear company committed fraud by claiming ownership of a logo he created. According to the lawsuit, the logo included his hand, the initials “KL” and the number 2, which he wore for much of his career. As part of an endorsement deal with Nike, Leonard allowed the company to use the logo on certain merchandise while he continued to use the logo on non-Nike goods. The lawsuit also claims that, without Leonard’s consent, Nike filed an application for copyright registration of his logo and “falsely represented in the application that Nike had authored the logo.”As part of the lawsuit, Leonard is seeking a “declaratory judgment of non-infringement and that Leonard is the author of the logo and Nike, in registering for the copyright of Leonard’s logo, committed fraud on the Copyright Office.”Leonard played for the San Diego State Aztecs and is currently a forward for the Toronto Raptors. 969
