He also cannot compete against the company for two years.The separation agreement also notes that Wynn must leave his residence at Wynn Las Vegas by June 1 and pay fair market rent until that date. Wynn can terminate the lease before that date. Wnny wll also cease to have administrative support after May 31 and health insurance through the company after Dec. 31, according to the document. Wynn's employment with Wynn Resorts began on Oct. 4, 2002 and ended on Feb. 6, 2018. He resigned following allegations of sexual misconduct. The document also acknowledges that Wynn agrees to cooperate with Wynn Resorts Board of Directors investigation into his time at the company. TEMECULA, Calif. (KGTV) - A three-alarm fire injured two people and prompted the evacuation of Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula Monday. The fire broke out in an elevator shaft in the main resort complex just after 11 a.m., Riverside County Fire Department officials said. Pechanga spokeswoman Ciara Green told City News Service that the flames were confined to an elevator portal "in the original tower," which underwent a major expansion two years ago. One person suffered from burns and another suffered smoke inhalation. The burn victim was taken to Temecula Valley Hospital in stable condition, according to reports from the scene. "Out of an abundance of caution, team members and guests in the hotel tower were evacuated," Green said. "The incident was not near the casino." STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, Colo. – Hig Roberts, a decorated Alpine skier, has come out as gay.The two-time U.S. national champion joins a small group of LGBTQ skiers who have come out publicly in a sport that The New York Times describes as “closed and clubby.” That includes freestyle skier Gus Kenworthy, who revealed he is gay on ESPN in 2015.This makes the 29-year-old the first current or former male Alpine skier of his caliber to come out publicly in Alpine skiing, The Times reports.In an interview with The Times, Roberts said Alpine skiing has a hyper-masculine vibe and he was pressured to conform. He said that eventually, not being able to be openly gay as a professional athlete was hindering his performance.Roberts, who grew up in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, retired from skiing in March 2019 and moved to Norway to work in finance, but has since moved back to the U.S.He told The Times that he decided to come out in part to inspire young skiers and to let them know they can compete at the highest levels no matter their sexuality.Throughout his career, Roberts made 31 World Cup starts, competed for the U.S. Ski team and won two national titles. He never got the opportunity to compete in the Olympics, but he was the first alternate in the 2018 Pyeongchang, according to Out Magazine.Still, Roberts told the magazine that he hopes to get involved with Olympic athletes in the future to foster spaces where athletes are comfortable to be themselves, while still working to be the best in their sports. 1522

TAMPA, Fla. -- A Hillsborough County, Florida principal and teacher have been arrested on child abuse charges, according to Tampa Police.Michael Hoskinson, principal of Coleman Middle School, and his wife, Kimberly, a Plant High School assistant teacher, were both arrested on Monday night in Tampa. Tampa Police said that on November 2, Michael punched the victim twice in the rib cage. Police said that the force of the punch caused the victim to fall and injure the child's wrist. Michael was yelling at the victim while this occurred, according to the arrest affidavit.Police said that two of the victim's classmates saw the injuries. Michael's wife, Kimberly, was also present during the incident and pushed the child, according to TPD. According to the arrest affidavit, Kimberly later sent a text message that read, "Friendly Reminder: If we ever find a text similar to the one you sent to Coach Stephen a few months ago about 'needing to talk', or whoever else, you'll end up with a lot more then a few bruised ribs..."Officials say that the child involved is not a student in either school the Hoskinson's are employed with and that the child abuse did not happen on a school campus.Hillsborough County Public Schools responded to the incident saying:  1314

Bush, will be traveling with Bush's casket on his flight to Washington, DC, according to a source familiar with the plans.Jim McGrath, Bush's spokesman, posted an image of Sully next to Bush's casket on Sunday along with the caption, "Mission complete."Sully is named after former airline pilot Chesley B.
