As the number of lung illness cases involving people who vape continues to grow, one city is telling people to stop using immediately.Now, vaping company Juul says it’s making it harder for younger people to buy their e-cigarettes.Sixteen people were hospitalized in Wisconsin with chemical pneumonia that doctors believe was caused by vaping. There have been 200 cases across the country.Despite the FDA declaring teen vaping as an epidemic, the Consumer Advocates for Smoke-Free Alternatives Association (CASAA) says vaping is still a better option than smoking."Flavorings and the base ingredients in e-liquid products made with nicotine are all alcohol base; those products don't cause this lipoid pneumonia,” says Alex Clark with CASAA.However, Clark says the problem causing these lung issues comes from users buying THC-filled cartridges from underground dealers.CASAA believes the black market manufacturers could be putting dangerous chemicals into illegal vaping products.This week, Juul’s CEO Kevin Burns told CBS This Morning these health reports are worrisome.The company announced it’s working with e-cigarette vendors to implement an ID verification system that prohibits cashiers from selling to underage shoppers and limits the amount customers can buy.Clark says he’s concerned more restriction on vaping products could lead to bigger problems. He things regulations could lead to underground market sales.Health departments and hospitals are continuing their research on legal vaping products to see if there is a link to lung-related issues.Meanwhile, Clark advises users to "purchase from legitimate retailers that you know and trust. In video provided by ESPN, the incident started when a Kansas basketball player went up to block the shot of a Kansas State player as time expired. While there was some contact between players on the play, the contact was appeared relatively minor. With the Kansas State player on the court, players from both teams came rushing under the hoop. An ICE officer opened fire and wounded a man in a Tennessee grocery store parking lot as the officer attempted to make an immigration arrest Thursday.The officer fired two shots after a driver he was trying to arrest during a fugitive operation drove toward the officer while fleeing the scene, ICE spokesman Bryan Cox said, citing initial reports.While ICE operations are a regular occurrence across the United States, it's rare to hear of shots fired in public places as they unfold.The FBI said a Mexican national was struck by gunfire in a Food Lion parking lot outside Nashville in Antioch. BLACKWELL, Arkansas — Farmers in Arkansas whose lands have been hit by major flooding are refusing to give up.Robert Stobaugh says the place where his mother and father homesteaded in the 1950s no longer resembles a home. It’s part of thousands of acres of crops on land his family has cultivated for nearly 70 years that’s underwater.Stobaugh estimated some spots to be 18-20 feet deep.
