BROKEN ARROW, Okla. -  A Green Country, Oklahoma couple got the opportunity of a lifetime, a free wedding from perfect strangers planned in a day."It's all because of God that all of this has happened," said Willow Creek Mansion owner Cortney Gertner.The sun set outside the Broken Arrow mansion Wednesday evening, but the excitement inside was rising. "I didn't think we would find a bride and groom," said Poppy's Garden owner Meagan Ferren.This all started with her leftover flowers from a photo shoot a few days before."She was going to throw all of the flowers away and I was like, you can't just throw all of those beautiful flowers away," Gertner said."I was like, I know it's going to make me absolutely sick to my stomach," Ferren said.But Ferren had an idea."Then she was like, no we should find somebody that wants to get married in the next day or two and I said, seriously? And she was like, yea, you should post something about that."Gertner put the post on the mansion's Facebook page offering a free wedding in just two days."Whenever I went to my Facebook app It was the first thing I'd seen," said bride Karissa Alexander, who said she thought it was hilarious."I sent it to him as a joke.""She kind of sent it to me laughing, you know. Beginning Tuesday, anyone traveling to Hawaii must fill out a "Safe Travels" application, the Hawaiian government announced.In a news release, the government said the health information the travelers provide on the application would be a way for them to protect the health of their residents and visitors during the coronavirus pandemic.The new screening process will also include temperature checks upon arrival and secondary screening for anyone with symptoms or temperatures of 100.4℉ or higher."I am pleased to launch this digital app, which will allow our travelers to provide their required health and travel information before they arrive at the airport," said Gov. David Ige in the press release. "It will also help us keep in contact with those who are required to be in quarantine. This is an important step in preparing to reopen our economy."Currently, the government has visitors fill out two different forms: one for inter-island and trans-pacific travel."This [new] platform provides a one-stop-shop for both types of travelers," the government said.The way it works is that travelers will enter their information and travel plans 24 hours before their flight. They'll then receive a QR code via email, which they will scan at the airport upon arrival.Gov. Body camera video released Friday shows YouTube shooter Nasim Aghdam telling Mountain View Police she had no plans for violence hours before she opened fire at the company's San Bruno headquarters.The police recording shows officers identify Aghdam’s car in a Walmart parking lot in Mountain View at about 1:30 a.m. PT on April 3. Less than 12 hours later, Aghdam would open fire in a courtyard at the YouTube campus, injuring three people before turning the gun on herself. Mountain View Police said the license plate showed Aghdam's vehicle was linked to a San Diego missing persons report filed by her family. The Mountain View Police Department (MVPD) said seven record systems were checked during this time, including the Armed and Prohibited Persons System (APPS). The APPS cross-references records of persons who lawfully purchased weapons with the records of those who are prohibited from owning them. The systems checks for Aghdam came back negative, police said.Two officers knocked on the window and woke up Aghdam, who had been sleeping in the back seat. During their conversation, officers asked Aghdam if she knew her family in San Diego had reported her missing.“We didn’t get along together so I left them,” Aghdam said. She explained that she didn’t get along with her father and drove straight to Mountain View from San Diego. Aghdam also said she went to Northern California to start fresh in a place without memories.Officers asked Aghdam if she was taking medication or needed to take medication. She shook her head, “no."During questioning, Aghdam also told officers that she didn’t want to hurt herself or anyone else, and had no plans to commit suicide.Shortly after the police body camera recording ended, one of the officers called Aghdam’s family in San Diego to report that she had been found. Her father, Ismail Aghdam, answered the phone and confirmed that he had not been getting along with his daughter, police said. He thanked officers for the call and hung up.One hour later, the father called Mountain View Police to let them know his daughter had recently become upset about changes on the YouTube platform that had impacted videos she had created on living a vegan lifestyle, police said. They said that they tried to warn authorities before the shooting.The family said she felt she reached the most people through her YouTube page but her relationship with the company turned ugly when YouTube changed its filters and she began to lose followers and viewers."I Googled 'Mountain View' and it was close to YouTube headquarters, and she had a problem with YouTube," her brother said. A deal was reached among Congressional leaders Sunday evening, who worked through the weekend to smooth over differences, after months of tense negotiations.The vote passed the House by a 359-53 margin. Several hours later, the measure was approved by the US Senate by a 91-7 margin. The bill now goes to President Donald Trump for his approval. The bill included 0-a-week in supplemental jobless benefits, direct payments of 0 for individuals, more than 0 billion in small business loans and more than billion for schools, as well as billions for help with vaccine distribution.The relief bill is not expected to have money for state and local government aid, something Democrats had been pushing for as municipalities experience sharp declines in tax revenues.However, the measure would extend the deadline for using CARES Act funding from earlier this year. The deadline to use that funding without losing it had been the end of the year.The pandemic relief package is connected to a larger .4 trillion spending package that must get passed by Congress to keep the government running and fund it through September 30, 2021.Congress passed a two-day government funding bill Friday evening to push the shutdown deadline to Sunday night at midnight. The House then approved a one-day extension of government funding Sunday night, which Trump signed, according to the Washington Post, to allow the COVID-19 relief package to be finalized so both measures can be voted on together.The possibility of a relief bill deal happened earlier in the day Sunday, after late-night conversations Saturday over a key sticking point about the role of the Federal Reserve.Republican Senator Pat Toomey had pushed a provision late last week to pull back to the role of the central bank’s emergency lending authority, after it was given some abilities with the CARES ACT earlier this year. He wanted to rescind some of the unused funds from the emergency loan program, as well as stop some of the changes to the Fed approved in the CARES Act.Democrats said the provision would tie the hands of President-elect Biden’s administration and limit options for aid in 2021.
