(CNN) - President Donald Trump declared on Thursday he was considering withdrawing Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents from California as punishment for what he claimed was a "lousy management job" in patrolling illegal immigration."You know what, I'm thinking about doing it," Trump said at a roundtable with state and local officials to address ideas to stop gun violence in the wake of the Parkland school massacre. His comments came after he decried the state of law enforcement in the Golden State."We're getting no help from the state of California. Frankly, if I pulled our people from California, you would have a crime nest like you've never seen in California. All I'd have to do is say 'ICE, Border Patrol, leave California alone,'" he said during a listening session at the White House."You would see crime like nobody has ever seen crime in this country. (KGTV) — A family forced to flee Paradise, Calif., because of the Camp Fire finally returned home after nearly a month this week to find their faithful canine had survived and guarding their charred property.Andrea Gaylord was evacuated on Nov. 8 but only allowed back to her property Wednesday, according to group K9 Paw Print Rescue. Her property had burned in the fire. During the evacuation, Gaylord was unable to get to her dog, Madison, before the flames had spread through the town and forced her out, according to the rescue group.Animal rescuer, Shayla Sullivan, responded to Gaylord's request to check on Madison, first spotting the Anatolian shepherd just days after the fire began. Madison, however, kept his distance, according to Sullivan, who was already in the area searching for other lost pets.Sullivan decided to leave food and water regularly at the property for Madison until Gaylord was able to return, the animal group wrote.As Gaylord pulled up Wednesday, there sat Madison — being a very good boy."He had stayed to protect what was left of his home, and never gave up on his people! (KGTV) - A San Diego County psychiatrist who reportedly had offices in Chula Vista, San Ysidro, Kearny Mesa and El Cajon was in custody Thursday on suspicion of sexual battery and having sex with a patient.Leon Fajerman, 75, was charged with five counts in an arrest warrant issued Wednesday.Among the charges was a violation of Business and Professions Code 729(a), which details that any physician, psychiatrist or counselor who has sexual relations with a patient or terminates a relationship with a patient for the purpose of having sexual contact is guilty of sexual exploitation.In September 2017, court records showed that Fajerman assaulted three female patients, including one who said he groped her breasts and buttocks, according to the Union-Tribune.The complaints were turned in to the Medical Board of California. Fajerman surrendered his medical license May 15, 2018.Fajerman received his medical degree from the University of Buenos Aires and had been in practice for more than 20 years, according to US News. 1033
