China will further regulate the management of microcredit for poverty alleviation as part of efforts to win the tough battle against poverty, according to a notice published on Thursday.

China will give priority to stabilizing employment and ensuring living standards this year, aiming to add over 9 million new urban jobs and keep the surveyed urban unemployment rate at around 6 percent, according to the government work report.

China will open its market and expand imports based on its new round of reform and opening-up and the demand of the domestic market and the Chinese people, to ease related issues in economy and trade, the statement said.
