TULARE COUNTY, Calif. (KGTV) -- Three Cal Fire firefighters based in San Diego were injured after the engine they were riding in flipped over, ABC30 reports. The incident happened around 8:30 a.m. near Avenue 56 and Road 250 in rural Tulare County, the station reports. The driver of the engine reportedly lost control, causing the vehicle to flip over and injuring four firefighters. Three firefighters were injured and taken to the hospital following the rollover. Cal Fire says two of the firefighters have since been released while the third will remain in the hospital overnight for observation. The crew is based in San Diego and were heading home from battling the Creek Fire when the crash took place. 719

United Airlines is reportedly working with the CDC to alert passengers onboard a flight last week from Orlando to Los Angeles they may have been exposed to COVID-19 after a passenger had an inflight medical emergency and later died. A man who tried to help the man is now reporting symptoms.United says a man onboard flight UA591 on December 14 had coronavirus-like symptoms, including loss of taste and smell, according to statements his wife made, before suffering a medical emergency onboard.A nurse and EMT began CPR on the passenger as the flight was diverted to New Orleans to get the man help.When the plane landed, they believed the man’s emergency was cardiac arrest, and they allowed passengers to “take a later flight or continue on with their travel plans,” the airline told NBC News.The airline now says they were contacted by the CDC and “are sharing requested information with the agency so they can work with local health officials to conduct outreach to any customer the CDC believes may be at risk for possible exposure or infection," a representative for the airline told CBS LA.The man who says he performed CPR on the passenger, Tony Aldapa, says he is now experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. Two SWAT team members in Florida have reportedly been suspended for choosing to respond, without permission, to a shooting at a high school in Florida where 17 people tragically lost their lives.According to the Florida Sun-Sentinel, two Miramar, Florida, SWAT team members were on duty, in the area at the time of the shooting. The SWAT officers chose to respond to the school, despite not having been told to. According to the Miramar Police Department, their decision, "created an officer safety issue and left them unaccountable for their actions," the Sun-Sentinel reports. Detective Jeffrey Gilbert and Detective Carl Schlosser were notified of their suspension on February 22, the newspaper reports. They were instructed to turn in their SWAT-issued rifles immediately.
