BEIJING, July 30 (Xinhua) -- President Xi Jinping called for closer cooperation between China and Turkey as he and his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan attended a China-Turkey business forum Thursday in Beijing.

The Chinese government is confident and capable of properly handling risks and challenges, to achieve medium-high growth and push the Chinese manufacture to the medium-high end of the value chain, the premier said.
