RAMONA, Calif. (KGTV) - The young man found shot to death in a Ramona home was identified by his roommate Monday as a resident of Ukraine.San Diego County Sheriff's deputies got a 911 call reporting Sunday at 8 p.m. reporting shots fired near the home on Wood Rock Lane. They found the victim dead inside.Four people live in the home, including Ben Ledbetter. He said the victim, a 20-year-old man, worked for Ledbetter's mobile detailing business for four years. Ledbetter believes he is being targeted and said someone killed his best friend out of anger."He's 100 percent good.  His heart is strong, his will is strong.  His attitude was positive.  You couldn't kill a better person.  He was the best person you could ever know," Ledbetter said.The victim's name is being withheld until his family can be notified.Deputies shut down the area near the home until 1 p.m. Monday to search for evidence. Ledbetter told 10News that detectives took his phone, truck and clothes as part of the investigation.Anyone with information on the incident is urged to contact sheriff’s Homicide Detail at 858-974-2321 or 858-565-5200.   1182

President Donald Trump’s reelection campaign plans on holding rallies as part of their plan to challenge the results of the election, according to multiple reports.Trump has not yet conceded in the presidential race, and lawsuits are still pending in at least two states. Axios first reported the campaign planned on rallies being part of their post-election strategy. The large-scale rallies would be focused on the ongoing litigation and vote tally challenges. A Trump campaign official told Fox News that there are no plans for the president himself to attend the post-election rallies. Instead, they “would be grassroots events similar to the boat parades, not presidential rallies.”The campaign also plans on using obituaries of people who allegedly voted, but are actually dead, as evidence of voter fraud. (KGTV) - Over the past week, two different red flag warnings have plagued San Diego's East County communities. The Cornerstone Therapeutic Riding Center in Ramona was suffered damage from a wind storm Tuesday night. The nonprofit therapy center helps veterans and other patients find healing through riding. Owner Judy Beckett said they did everything they could to prepare for the Santa Ana winds, tying down anything loose and putting fly masks on the horses to protect them. 520

Repealing Obamacare's individual mandate would give GOP lawmakers an additional 8 billion over 10 years to help pay for their proposed tax cuts.The Congressional Budget Office updated its estimate Wednesday in response to lawmakers' interest. Republicans are considering axing the unpopular provision -- which requires nearly all Americans to have coverage or pay a penalty -- though it's not included in the current House tax reform bill.A CBO score published in December found nixing the mandate would save 6 billion over a decade. While the federal government would lose some revenue from the penalty's elimination, it would make up that and more because fewer people would have federally subsidized policies, the CBO says.
