NEW YORK (AP) — Chuck E Cheese, the restaurant chain that became a Mecca for children and a crucible for many of their parents, is filing for bankruptcy protection. Parent company CEC Entertainment has reopened 266 of its 612 company-operated Chuck E Cheese and Peter Piper Pizza restaurants. It did not elaborate on how willing parents are to again host birthday parties and other gatherings with so many cities still under tight restrictions on crowds. NEBRASKA — Omaha Police Department detectives have located the Dodge County vehicle taken by an escaped inmate on Wednesday, but the suspect is still at large.About 7 p.m. Wednesday, authorities received a tip the dark grey 2012 Chevy Impala with government plate No. 42650 had been spotted in a Nebraska Furniture Mart parking lot. OPD said handcuffs were found in the car.An NFM spokesperson said the store had turned over security footage to authorities.Authorities are still looking for an inmate, Eric G. Scott, 37, who they may still be armed and dangerous. NEW YORK (AP) — A tentative deal has been reached to settle multiple lawsuits brought against the television and film company co-founded by Harvey Weinstein, who has been accused of sexual misconduct by scores of women.Attorneys involved in the negotiations told a federal bankruptcy court judge during a hearing in Wilmington, Delaware, Thursday that a breakthrough in a still-unfinished mediation had put a settlement within reach.The amount of the deal wasn't revealed in court, but a person familiar with the negotiations told The Associated Press it was worth million. The person wasn't authorized to reveal details of the discussions and spoke on condition of anonymity."We now have an economic agreement in principal that is supported by the plaintiffs, the (New York attorney general's) office, the defendants and all of the insurers that, if approved, would provide significant compensation to victims, creditors and the estate and allow the parties to avoid years of costly, time consuming and uncertain litigation on all sides," Adam Harris, a lawyer for studio co-founder Bob Weinstein, told the judge.He cautioned that there was still "a lot of work here to do.""But," he added, "I personally am very optimistic."The size of the settlement was first reported by The Wall Street Journal.More than 15 lawsuits have been filed accusing Harvey Weinstein or the company of misconduct. Netflix unveiled a new logo on Monday, and while the changes may not seem visible at first glance, the company says the change will save them millions of dollars.That's because the company's new logo is written in a custom-made typeface, a font that Netflix will be using across it's platform and brand identity.The font, called "Netflix sans," was developed in-house at Netflix and designed in partnership with fount foundry Dalton Maag.Previously, Netflix was using a "Gotham" typeface — a font the company was paying to license.
