SPRING VALLEY, Calif. (KGTV) -- Three people were rushed to the hospital early Monday morning after a head-on collision on a Spring Valley street.According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened in the 9100 block of Jamacha Boulevard, near Kempton Street, at around 1:30 a.m.While the events that led to the crash remain under investigation, CHP officials confirmed two cars collided head-on and left the drivers of each vehicle trapped.Emergency crews took about 15 minutes to extricate the drivers and a passenger from the wreckage. The conditions of the victims are unknown.No other vehicles were involved and no other injuries were reported. 667

Starbucks CEO Kevin Johnson called the arrest of two black men at a Philadelphia store last week "reprehensible" and promised to take action so that it doesn't happen again.A store manager called the police because the two men were sitting in the store without placing an order. They were arrested for trespassing. The customers said they were waiting for another man to arrive. That person arrived at the store as they were being arrested.A Starbucks spokesperson says the manager in the store who called police is no longer working in that store, although she would not comment if she is working at another location.Johnson said there would be more training for staff on the issue of "unconscious bias.""I've been very focused on understanding what guidelines and what training ever let this happen," he said. "What happened was wrong and we will fix it."Johnson had already posted apologies on the company's website. He said the company wanted to "express our deepest apologies to the two men who were arrested with a goal of doing whatever we can to make things right." He said he hoped to meet with the two men in person to make a face-to-face apology. (KGTV) — A local man is hoping for answers after his mother was found murdered during a girl's trip to Turks and Caicos.Marie Kuhnla, 62, set off on the trip to a Club Med resort with her two friends and fellow public defenders in New York.Rick Kuhnla Jr. told 10news his mother was excited about the trip and recalls pestering his her to take her sunscreen because she got sunburn on a previous trip.Her friends say a few days into their trip on October 14, Marie went to her room to take nap and wasn't heard from again.Her body was discovered in bushes on the edge of the resort days later. Police told her friends she had been strangled. It's difficult for her son to talk about the phone call he received about her death. 760
