(KGTV) - Home improvement stars Chip and Joanna Gaines of HGTV's Fixer Upper are teaming up with Target for a new decor line.Target is pairing with the Gaines' home brand Magnolia to create 'Hearth and Hand', featuring the couple's signature style.The Waco, Texas couple is known for innovations like using shiplap and barn doors for decorating.While most of Target's collaborations are limited, the Hearth and Hand product line will last for several years, with new products every season.The first collection arrives November 5, Target said. Michelle Lujan Grisham wants to provide state residents with free tuition to public colleges, a plan that, if passed by the state legislature, would add New Mexico to the growing list of Democratic-led states to offer free higher education.Lujan Grisham, a Democrat, announced the New Mexico Opportunity Scholarship on Wednesday while speaking at an education summit at Central New Mexico Community College. The plan would provide free undergraduate tuition at New Mexico colleges for in-state residents and aims to cover nearly 55,000 students a year. It would cover tuition and fees for recent high school graduates at four-year public colleges as well as recent high school graduates and returning adult learners at two-year community colleges."We're going to deliver a major boost. (CNN) -- Teen clothing retailer Forever 21 is preparing for a potential bankruptcy filing, according to several published reports.Forever 21, which is privately held, has more than 800 stores in 57 countries. And while many retailers have been paring back their network of stores in recent years, Forever 21 was adding stores as recently as 2016. It still has as many stores as it reported at that time.The ability to get out of leases and close stores at a lower cost is one of the advantages that the bankruptcy process affords to retailers.The company did not respond to requests for comment.Traditional brick-and-mortar retailers that specialize in selling clothes to teens and young adults have had a particularly hard time in recent years as younger buyers shift from mall visits to online purchases.Among the retailers in the segment that filed for bankruptcy and closed all their stores during the last five years are Wet Seal, American Apparel and Delia's. Aeropostale also filed for bankruptcy in 2016 but has kept some of its stores open.Many retailers have run into trouble due to being purchased by private equity firms or hedge funds. (KGTV) - A Pennsylvania groom is accused of sexually assaulting one of his wife’s bridesmaids days before his wedding, which occurred as scheduled. Daniel Carney, 28, is charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of an unconscious person and indecent assault at the Smithfield resort Aug. 30. Police said the assault reportedly happened after Carney and the bridesmaid were drinking alcohol. The bridesmaid told officers she blacked out, and when she regained consciousness her clothes were removed and Carney was fondling her. Surveillance video shows Carney pulling the woman into the men’s locker room, police said. According to police, the assault stopped when the bride caught him, but the wedding went on as planned Sept. 1. Court documents show investigators listened in on a call between Carney and his accuser, KABC reported.
