Delta Airlines has added more than 400 people to its “no-fly” list during the pandemic for refusing to comply with the airline’s mask policy, according to a company memo obtained by CNN.“As of this week, we’ve added 460 people to our no-fly list for refusing to comply with our mask requirement,” Delta’s CEO, Ed Bastian, reportedly wrote in the message to employees.This is an increase of nearly 200 people in the last few months. DEL MAR (KGTV) - One person died after being struck by an Amtrak train Sunday morning, according to the San Diego Sheriff's Department.Deputies said that a woman walked through the signal guards at 15th Street and Coast Boulevard in Del Mar around 10 a.m. She was struck by the train, which was traveling at 48 miles per hour, and she was pronounced dead at the scene, deputies said. The woman has not been identified. The Sheriff's Department is asking anyone with information about this to call 858-565-5200. 538

DALLAS (AP) — Ten states have brought a lawsuit against Google, accusing the search giant of “anti-competitive conduct” in the online advertising industry including a deal to manipulate sales with rival Facebook. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton says Google is using its “monopolistic power” to control the pricing on online advertisements, fixing the market in its favor and eliminating its competition. Google is calling the suit “meritless” and says the price of online advertising has fallen over the last decade. According to records released by Paxton's office, Texas is suing along with Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota and Utah. 698

Details emerged about what happened to a Port St. Lucie, Florida woman and her boyfriend, both found murdered in their homes in February.
