Clemmensen asked Foster to assist with "getting Mrs. Carson access and funds for the project," the complaint states.Foster said she told Clemmensen that legally, the department was limited in how much it could spend on the office redecorating project to ,000, information she says she also passed along to the administrative officer in the Secretary's office. But even so, Foster said she received repeated pressure in multiple conversations to "find money" for the redecorating project in excess of what was legally allowed, including in a one-on-one meeting on February 10. Clemmensen, according to the complaint, told Foster that the administration "has always found money for this in the past."In an exclusive interview with CNN, Foster said each time Clemmensen pushed her to assist Carson's wife with finding the money, it was always "in the context of Mrs. Carson wants to do this. We have to find the money.""There was a sense of 'we are not going to take no for an answer.' There was a lot of staff time spent on this" a former HUD employee with knowledge of the situation told CNN."The most frustrating part of all this was spending so much time on this issue," the former employee said. The Federal Aviation Administration on Friday ordered new inspection requirements for engines similar to the one that failed earlier in the week on a Southwest Airlines flight, resulting in a passenger's death.The emergency airworthiness directive will require airlines to perform an ultrasonic inspection of certain CFM56-7B engines within 20 days of receipt of the order, it said. The Columbus Zoo in Ohio said visitors helped find a red panda that zookeepers discovered was missing on Wednesday.According to the zoo, visitors notified the zoo that they had spotted Kora, the red panda, around 4:43 p.m. on Thursday near the panda's habitat. The zoo said that after trying to coax the red panda down from a tree, the zoo used a tranquilizer."Amid clapping and happy tears from Zoo team members, the sleeping Kora was placed in her crate and taken to the Zoo’s Animal Health Center for evaluation where she was provided care and given a clean bill of health," the zoo said. "Kora has since been returned to her habitat in Asia Quest, where she will have the opportunity to reunite with her cubs when she wakes. Her care team will continue their overnight watch to ensure they continue to do well, and red panda father, General Tso, will have the opportunity to join them in the morning."The zoo said that the panda didn't pose a threat to the public, but was “eager” to find her.The zoo said that it had moved all of its Asia Quest animals to indoor habitats as officials continue to scour the zoo. The panda had not been seen since Tuesday evening.The red panda is roughly the size of a racoon, and is not a threatening animal.
