BONITA, Calif. (KGTV) -- Authorities have identified the suspect who allegedly shot and killed a woman in Bonita on July 4.According to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department, Giovanny Rodriguez, 20, was arrested for the murder of 19-year-old Janessa Delvalle.The shooting happened on July 4 on the 5100 block of Cedarwood Road.Investigators say a fight broke out between several women in the parking lot of an apartment complex prior to the shooting.When deputies arrived, they say several people were seen performing CPR on Delvalle. British academic Matthew Hedges, who was sentenced to life in prison for spying in the United Arab Emirates, has been pardoned with immediate effect.Hedges, 31, was sentenced on Thursday after a five-minute hearing. A family spokeswoman said Hedges was forced to sign a confession in Arabic, a language Hedges does not read nor speak.Hedges is a specialist in Middle Eastern studies at the University of Durham. He was arrested on May 5 at Dubai airport, following a research trip. He went on to spend nearly six months in solitary confinement until he was temporarily released on bail last month.After his conviction, the UAE said it was considering a request for clemency for Hedges filed by his family. 723

BALTIMORE, Md. – Sunday’s NFL game between the Baltimore Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers has been postponed again due to a coronavirus outbreak.The NFL confirmed Friday afternoon that the Week 12 game has been moved to Tuesday, Dec. 1 and it will begin at 8 p.m. EST on NBC. This is the second time the game has been postponed. They were supposed to play Thursday night, but the game was moved to Sunday after an initial wave of players tested positive for the virus.
