A man who claims he worked for Amazon said he quit on the job and abandoned his delivery truck at a metro Detroit gas station.Derick Lancaster, 22, made the post on Twitter Monday.Lancaster told WXYZ he was frustrated with the long hours, number of deliveries, and pay. A man wanted in connection with a quadruple murder in Detroit has shot himself, according to police. George Anthony Davis, 27, shot himself near the Ohio Turnpike after leading police on a chase.Police said Davis shot and killed three people, a man and two women, at a gas station iin Detroit Monday morning. The male victim was identified as Deacon Ralphael Hall, leader at a local church, his 26-year-old daughter Cierra Bargineer and 21-year-old Kristen Thomas.Police say surveillance cameras captured everything; a man pulled up in a silver sedan and started talking to people in a gray Dodge SUV. Seconds later, the man in the sedan shot the people in the SUV and shot at the man pumping gas.When he ran out of bullets, he went back to his car to reload, and came back to shoot more. Police say Bargineer was the mother of his child.Second Shooting LocationHe then gets in the car and goes to Faust Street and has a conversation with an adult male cousin and fatally shoots him, police said.  The suspect then goes to a gas station on Faust and takes a 2007 blue Nissan Ultima.Davis was on the run for several hours before police confirmed that he shot himself. A Texas jail guard suffered a heart attack two years ago, and if not for a group of inmates, he could have lost his life, WFAA-TV reported.Gary Grimm of Weatherford, Texas is thankful for those inmates who gave the now 52-year-old retired jail guard a second-chance at life."Instead of overtaking me and taking my gun, and killing me or taking a hostage and escaping, they looked at me as a human being," Grimm told WFAA. The inmates reportedly had to knock down a locked gate to get to Grimm after they realized he was having a medical emergency. The group of eight inmates were able to get the attention of others in the jail, who were able to help Grimm seek medical attention. Grimm never got the opportunity to personally thank the inmates as they were transferred to other institutions."I get emotional. If they wished harm for me, all they had to do was sit there and do nothing," Grimm told WFAA. Grimm said he treated inmates the way he would want to be treated. Perhaps, that is why they came to his aid when he needed it."I don't care if they're a drug user, hot check writer, or child molester. They're still a human being. A van slammed into a crowd Saturday in an apparently deliberate act in the German city of Muenster, killing two people and leaving 20 others injured, officials said.The driver also shot and killed himself, a police spokeswoman said. The driver was a German citizen, said Herbert Reul, state minister for internal affairs in North Rhine-Westphalia state.Authorities are treating the incident as an attack. There is no known connection to radical Islam but investigators are still looking into the driver's background, Reul said.Police earlier said there were three deaths.
