in Terminal 4.The TSA says the incident happened Tuesday morning around 9:45 a.m. local time.In a press release, TSA said the man was unprovoked and attempted to rush through the security at Terminal 4.According to police documents, 19-year-old Tyrese Garner pushed his way past other passengers and charged through the metal detector before punching a TSA agent and knocking her to the ground.He reportedly punched four other TSA agents before he was subdued. Police officers arrived and arrested him on charges of criminal trespassing, assault and resisting arrest.Documents say he tried to resist arrest, kicking and writhing while refusing to be taken out of the terminal.One transportation security officer (TSO) was taken to the hospital and at least four others were taken to an urgent care facility. Their exact injuries and conditions are unknown at this time."Got done putting my shoes on and was walking down the hallway part there and all of a sudden I heard screaming and hollering," said witness Donnie Jones, who had just passed through security when the incident occurred.Jones said he's unsure what prompted the man to allegedly try and rush through the checkpoint."When he was coming over that counter...he was like jumping at somebody and you could just see a bunch of swinging and that and you couldn't really tell what was going on," he said. "I don't know what his deal was. It was just an unhappy guy rushing through there."Documents say Garner is from Texas and is mentally unstable. "The investigation of federal crimes beyond that charged in this matter is continuing."Gilreath also had "numerous" white supremacist documents and had failed to appear in court multiple times, according to U.S. Magistrate Judge Scott T. Varholak's detention order.Authorities began investigating the case on June 1, when an RTD employee found an iPhone with child pornography on it on a bus in Boulder, according to a criminal complaint filed July 31.Investigators obtained a search warrant for the phone and traced it to Gilreath. Gilreath also had child pornography on another device, and investigators discovered more than a thousand images between the two, according to Varholak's detention order.As investigators looked into Gilreath's background, they learned that the FBI had been in contact with him in January, when agents learned that Gilreath had posted a "Montana Hunting Guide" online, the criminal complaint said.Investigators learned that Gilreath had posted other "hunting guides" for Jews, Muslims, the Bureau of Land Management, Montana National Guard facilities and a refugee center, the complaint said."Hunting guides," the complaint said, "contain information that may be used to violently target individuals or entities with belief systems, identities, ethnicities, religions, political views or other matters antithetical to their own."During the FBI interview in January, Gilreath was represented by Boulder attorney Jason Savela, who could not immediately be reached for comment Wednesday. Gilreath during this time had also been in contact with his father, who asked when the FBI interview was scheduled, the criminal complaint said. The complaint did not say what came of the FBI's initial contact with Gilreath.When Gilreath tried to buy a gun from a Boulder store in May, he filled out a form from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and provided his Colorado driver's license number. Yet, many of our businesses rely on these reviews to bring in new customers, but fraudsters have learned a bad review is a blemish they can try to use against them. “It was a similar number that kept calling and calling and I thought wow. Then I listened to it and I was kind of taken by surprise," said Margie Keener is a real estate agent in Woodland Park, Colorado.She says someone called her claiming to be a representative of Google. "They were asking for money to take down Google reviews,” said Keener. She didn't think much about it until she looked at her Google review page and discovered a bad review, a review she claims is false. She says at the time the review was posted, she was recovering from surgery and wasn't working much. She noticed the same profile that left her a bad review also left 12 other bad reviews against other area businesses the same day.“So they had done 12 reviews between Florrissant and Colorado Springs and they had hit apartment complexes, they had hit a doctor, they did a construction business, multiple real estate businesses, and pretty much they sometimes just repeated the same review," said Keener. The person on the phone call recording asked Keener to pay ,000 to have the negative review removed. "I’m thinking oh my goodness. That’s a serious scam. That is a lot of money and what are these people going to do?," Keener said.Instead of contacting the number left on her voicemail, Keener reached out to Google directly and was sent to a customer support page. She flagged the comment which Google says can take several days to be evaluated. Her only other option... "You have to get an attorney and a judge issue a court order to take it down,” said Keener. Consumer protection experts say unfortunately Keener's experience isn't unique, but praised Keener's decision not to do business with anyone demanding money to remove online reviews.
