The FBI raided Michael Cohen's office on Monday, the personal lawyer to President Donald Trump who allegedly oversaw a 0,000 payment to adult film actress Stormy Daniels in the days leading up to the 2016 election, the New York Times reported. According to the Times, Special Counsel Robert Mueller issued a referral for the raid, although the search does not appear to be directly related to his ongoing investigation of Russian meddling and possible coordination with the Trump campaign during the 2016 election. The Times report does indicate, however, that the raid stemmed from information Mueller uncovered and gave to prosecutors.In order to secure a raid, Mueller went to US Attorney Geoffrey Berman, who was appointed in January. The death of a missing six-year-old boy with autism whose body was found in a North Carolina creek in September has been classified as a "probable drowning," according to an autopsy report from the Mecklenburg County Medical Examiner.Maddox Ritch went missing while on a walk with his father at a Gastonia park on September 22. In an extensive search, authorities used dogs, drones and sonar, and partially drained an 80-acre lake to better see its shoreline.Maddox's body was found five days later in a creek about a mile east of Rankin Lake Park, where he was last seen with his father and a friend, authorities said."The findings are not inconsistent with drowning," the medical examiner's report said. "In conjunction with investigative information at this time, which gives no indication of other than an accidental drowning, it seems reasonable to conclude that the likely cause of death is drowning."The body was partially submerged in 2 to 3 feet of water. The City of Glendale plans to vote on adding a permanent American flag to the top of Thunderbird Mountain. The Glendale Chamber Military and Veterans Affairs Committee sent a proposal to the city council asking to erect a flag. The committee will also manage it. Thunderbird Mountain falls within a conservation park, which means it is to be left as is. The picnic tables, garbage cans, and signage are all a part of the city's master plan, which is why they are allowed in the park. "We want people to enjoy it but not to disturb the wildlife the plants and not erect any structures in the park either, at least if they're not part of the master plan," said Vice-Mayor Lauren Tolmachoff. She is one of the council members voting to hold off on the change. "Not everybody on the council felt there was a conservation national park because there are signs and roads, and I disagree with that," she said.
