UPDATE: The fire was 100 percent contained at 250 acres by Friday at 6:20 p.m. All lanes of SR-78 reopened by 5 p.m.RAMONA, Calif. (KGTV) -- Crews Thursday stopped the forward rate of spread of the Rangeland Fire burning in the Pasqual Valley near Ramona. The blaze started along San Pasqual Valley Road around 1 p.m. near the San Dieguito River Trail and quickly grew to 250 acres. The fire is 60 percent contained. The eastbound lanes on State Route 78 closed at Bandy Canyon Road due to the fire, but are expected to reopen by 10 p.m. The 78 will be down to one lane on Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.  Highland Valley Road was also closed between Bandy Canyon and Archie Moore Road due to a big rig that was stuck on the road.  803

Tyler Walker is a self-described people person, which is a good thing because he spends most days working one-on-one taking pictures, specifically headshots, of people.“For me, headshots are a way to get people confidence, show them their value. I love doing that one-on-one,” he said.Walker runs KC PRO Headshots out of a studio in the West Bottoms neighborhood of Kansas City, Missouri.Wednesday may be one of the busiest days in his studio’s history. He hopes to take headshots of 50 different people in one day and he’s doing it all for free.Walker and a photographer in Olathe, Kansas, are part of the 10,000 Headshots Project. Hundreds of photographers across the United States are donating their time Wednesday in order to take headshots of 10,000 people who lost their jobs due to COVID-19 and are looking for a new one.“It’s good to know that I’m doing something that made a real difference in a person’s life,” Walker said.The work-based social media site LinkedIn said profiles with professional headshots get 14 times the number of views compared to profiles without a picture.Walker said a good headshot is helpful in any job application.As a people person, he knows people are struggling because of the coronavirus. Two students are injured — one of which is in critical condition — after a school shooting took place Tuesday at Great Mills High School in southern Maryland.The gunman died following the attack according to police officials.Jonathan Freese, a student at Great Mills, told CNN he was in lockdown in his math class. Police were going through classrooms to clear the school, and students will then be escorted out of the school, Freese said."I'm still a little shaken up," he said.Freese said the school had held drills a couple of times for this kind of situation."I didn't really expect for this to happen. I do always feel safe, though, because they always have police at the school," he said.According to CNN's research, there have been 16 confirmed school shootings this year in the United States prior to today.  Great Mills High School has an enrollment of just over 1,500 students, and the student body was about 56% minority students and had a four-year graduation rate of 91%, according to the school's 2015-16 improvement plan.Last week, students at Great Mills High School walked out of class as part of a student-led protest against school violence in the wake of the mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.Al Murray shot video of police responding to the shooting at the high school Tuesday.
