YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - An 18-year-old Ohio man, Justin Olsen, was arrested after being accused of threatening federal agents and having a cache of weapons found in his home. A court complaint states the investigation began when FBI agents in Anchorage, Alaska were researching the website “iFunny” in February of this year and saw the postings by a user named “ArmyOfChrist” supporting mass shootings and the targeting of Planned Parenthood. In June, the same user, while discussing the 1993 siege in Waco, Texas with another user, posted: “In conclusion, shoot every federal agent on sight.”In March, the FBI subpoenaed iFunny for subscriber information about ArmyOfChrist, and they returned a Google email address. In July, the FBI subpoenaed Google for information on the associated email address. Google provided Olsen’s name and IP address, which was determined to be located in Boardman, Ohio.Court documents say Olsen told the FBI during his arrest that the comments were only a joke. He admitted to making the comments on the internet regarding shooting federal agents on sight, and stated, “that’s a hyperbolic conclusion based on the results of the Waco siege…where the ATF slaughtered families.”According to the complaint, agents seized 15 rifles, 10 semi-automatic pistols and roughly 10,000 rounds of ammunition from the home where Olsen lives with his father during the arrest.  The State Department is "closely following" the case of Angela Quintal and Muthoki Mumo, two Committee to Protect Journalists staffers reportedly being held in Tanzania, a spokesperson told CNN."We continue to engage with our Government of Tanzania counterparts on a wide range of issues, including those related to human rights," the State Department said in a statement Wednesday. "The United States remains committed to the values of democracy, rule of law, freedom of expression, and prosperity in Tanzania."Quintal, the Africa program coordinator at the Committee to Protect Journalists, and Mumo, the organization's sub-Saharan Africa representative, were in Tanzania for a reporting mission, according to a news release. They were detained on Wednesday in their hotel room in Dar es Salaam by "officers who identified themselves as working with the Tanzanian immigration authority." The officials took their passports and the journalists were taken to an unknown location, the release said."We are concerned for the safety of our colleagues Angela Quintal and Muthoki Mumo, who were detained while legally visiting Tanzania," Committee to Protect Journalists executive director Joel Simon said. "We call on the authorities to immediately release them and return their passports."Quintal sent a message Wednesday from her verified Twitter account saying she and her colleague were "being taken for interrogation by Tanzanian authorities and we don't know why?" Frustration grew in the room when residents realized it was a similar conversation as in past meetings. Many complained about a lack of direction presented at the meeting. "Too much talking, not enough action," said John Munns, a South Bay resident and a member of the group, Citizens for Coastal Conservancy. Carlos Pena, with the IBWC, says it's a complicated issue that involves many moving parts. The plans discussed at the meeting involved improving the wastewater infrastructures in Tijuana or creating defense structures in the U.S. along the border to protect its communities from sewage runoff. It could also be a combination of both. However, each of the projects would cost millions of dollars. It would also take planning, funding, and construction. They are solutions that will take years to accomplish, according to Pena. They will be creating a berm or land barrier to protect areas from runoff. They plan to finish that by the summer. "But you don't want to catch this football."Armed with just a fire extinguisher and a garden hose, Clinton has been defending the homes that belong to friends.He's been spraying down the burning lava bombs that hit the houses to prevent them from catching fire. Heaps of flaming rock have already shattered windows and destroyed a septic tank -- setting it ablaze with a blue flame of burning methane gas.A day later, Clinton fell victim himself -- distracted by his cell phone for mere moments, when a bowling ball-sized lava bomb hit him in the leg while he was standing on the porch.His friend and ex-wife Lisa Roach was nearby and able to take him to the hospital. She had been helping him defend the homes -- the pair were keeping watch in shifts.Roach told CNN she believes the intense heat of the lava bomb actually cauterized the wound, preventing it from bleeding more than it did.The burning projectile also set Clinton's porch ablaze, but a neighbor managed to extinguish it.
