The decision was announced after a meeting between Xi and his Singaporean counterpart, Tony Tan Keng Yam.
The conference laid out concrete and diversified measures in poverty relief.
On the sideline of both meetings, Xi will meet with leaders on bilateral relations and regional and international issues of common concern, Li said.
