The body of a missing Texas police chief who fell overboard while on a fishing boat was recovered Sunday morning, the US Coast Guard said.Kemah Police Chief Chris Reed was on the boat with his wife in Galveston Bay on Friday afternoon when it was hit by a wake of a passing vessel.His body was found about 8 a.m. a mile and a half north of the Texas City Dike in Texas City, the Coast Guard said.Reed's wife remained on the boat and was not injured. He was not wearing a life jacket at the time, Coast Guard Lt. Cmdr. Caren Damon told reporters.Kemah is on Galveston Bay about 40 miles from Houston.Coast Guard crews searched more than 650 square miles over some 40 hours.About 40 vessels, including 15 from the Coast Guard, searched, the Coast Guard said. The Miami Dolphins waived second-year running back Mark Walton after he was arrested Tuesday morning, with police accusing him of repeatedly punching the mother of his unborn child in the face.An officer responded to a residence in the Miami suburb of Davie around 4:15 a.m. and learned that Walton had been in an argument with a woman, according to a police report.The woman was five weeks pregnant, the report said, and had told Walton on Sunday that the child was his."During the course of the argument, Walton pushed (the woman) against a wall and punched her several times in the face and head. I observed (the woman) to have swelling on her left eye," the responding Davie officer wrote in his report. The victim's name was redacted in the report.Walton is charged with aggravated assault on a pregnant woman, the report says. Walton remained in the Broward County Jail, pending a Wednesday hearing that would determine his bond status.Walton's attorney, Michael Gottlieb, said he spoke with his client Tuesday. The Los Angeles Police Department has identified and arrested a suspect in the shooting death of rapper Nipsey Hussle.Eric Holder, 29, was arrested for homicide, the LAPD announced on Tuesday.Hussle was shot Sunday near a clothing store he owned in Los Angeles. In a statement, police said Holder walked up to Hussle and two other men as they stood outside a business in a strip mall on West Slauson Boulevard.
