On Wednesday, the Federal Trade Commission issued tips on shopping at outlet stores. One tip some might not realize is that often outlet stores sell items that are of lesser quality than at normal stores. According to the FTC, many outlets sell items not available in regular stores. While these items come at a discount, they might not be the same quality. "For example, a jacket might not be fully lined, the stripes on a shirt may not match up at the seams, a t-shirt may be made of a lighter-weight fabric, and shoes might be made with synthetic materials rather than real leather," the FTC said in its consumer tips. "If top quality is important, you may want to shop elsewhere. When an Oklahoma mother almost had her 4-year-old snatched from her hands, another mom standing close by jumped in to help. The two moms came together for the first time since the incident on Wednesday.On Saturday, LeeAnn Carrol says a man followed her and her four-year-old son Wyatt into a Tulsa Barnes and Noble. LeeAnn was nervous, so she kept hold of Wyatt's hand."He was telling my son he could pick anything out in the store, and he could just walk out and it's on him. And then it was like, 'just come over here Wyatt, let's go see this.' and I said, 'let's not,'" LeeAnn said.Then, the unthinkable happened, as LeeAnn says the man grabbed Wyatt and tried to run off. That's when Danielle Ritchie, another mother standing by, jumped in to help."He kept saying, 'whatever you want son, pick out whatever you want, I'll buy it, son'," Danielle said. "I don't even know, it was so quick, I just remember grabbing his arm and saying 'no'."Danielle was in the store with her two daughters and her husband Cory. Cory stopped the man before he could leave the children's section, and shortly after police arrested him."It was just frightening, very frightening," LeeAnn said. US rapper A$AP Rocky has been found guilty of assault and handed a conditional sentence after a street brawl in Stockholm.The performer and two members of his entourage were convicted by a Swedish court on Wednesday, following a confrontation in the Swedish capital on June 30.Stockholm District Court said in its ruling that the performer's claim of self-defense had been rejected."The defendants have claimed that they acted in self-defense. Based on statements from two witnesses, the court finds that the defendants were not subject to a current or imminent criminal attack. Therefore, they were not in a situation where they were entitled to use violence in self-defense.
