SPRING VALLEY, Calif. (KGTV) -- Some residents at a mobile home park in Spring Valley had to leave Monday morning after a sinkhole opened up nearby. According to San Miguel Fire, the incident happened of the 10000 block of Jamacha Road. The sinkhole grew to roughly the size of a children's pool. A car parked in a driveway could be seen dangling over the hole. At this time, it’s unclear what exactly may have caused the sinkhole. Some voters in a North Florida county hit hard by Hurricane Michael submitted their ballots by fax and email -- a practice that runs afoul of guidance issued by Florida election officials in October.Bay County Supervisor of Elections Mark Andersen told CNN that he and his staff had worked with 158 voters displaced by Michael to allow them to cast ballots by email and fax, despite the Florida Department of State saying that voting by fax or email "is not an option."Andersen said, "That was the only method available to voters that were displaced from the hurricane.""We would send them a ballot via email just like we would to the extent with our overseas voters. They would get it, they would vote it; 147 of them actually faxed it back to us after they voted it," he said. Seven people, including four children, have been found dead in a rural property in Western Australia, in what's believed to be the country's worst mass shooting in more than two decades.Officers were called to a residential property in Osmington, around 170 miles (270 kilometers) south of state capital Perth, in the early hours of Friday morning, where the seven bodies were discovered, said Western Australia Police Commissioner Chris Dawson.Police arrived at the property following a call from "'male person' connected to the property" shortly after 5:00 a.m. local time (5 p.m. Thursday ET), national broadcaster ABC reported.Five bodies were found inside the house, and the other two outside, close to the property.
