(KGTV) - The man suspected of killing rapper and anti-gang activist Nipsey Hussle was arrested in the Los Angeles area Tuesday, Los Angeles Police confirmed on twitter.Los Angeles Police identified Monday 29-year-old Eric Holder as the man wanted for gunning down Hussle in front of his South Los Angeles clothing store Sunday afternoon. There is no word on what led to Holder’s arrest.RELATED: Rapper Nipsey Hussle dead after a shooting near Los Angeles clothing store Holder and Hussle were in an argument outside The Marathon Clothing when Holder left and returned with a gun, Los Angeles Police Chief Michel Moore said. Holder opened fire, hitting Hussle and two other men who survived, police said. Hussle died of gunshot wounds to the head. Holder was seen leaving the area in a Chevy Cruze driven by a woman who is also wanted by police, Moore said. Needless to say, one Sacramento-area California Highway Patrol officer was "shocked" to watch as an overstuffed truck nearly hit an overpass Tuesday.The South Sacramento officer was traveling on State route 50 when he saw the truck's mammoth haul, bags upon bags of bottles and cans, a CHP Facebook post reads. The driver of the truck was still traveling at freeway speeds, with the unsafe load still in tow.After watching the truck's load nearly collide with an overpass, the officer pulled the driver over off and told him to exit the freeway.The driver was given a lawful order to stay parked until he could off load the bottles and cans and transport them a safer way."If you are driving down eastbound US 50 and your load almost hits an over crossing, you might have an unsafe load!!" CHP wrote in a post.According to CHP, California Vehicle Code 2803(a) requires a vehicle's load "to be secure enough to prevent the dropping or shifting of such load onto the roadway." 1089

A 19-year-old man was detained in Germany on Tuesday after police found him carrying a 2-foot long python in his pants.According to the Associated Press, the unidentified man was detained by police in Darmstadt after having a loud drunken argument with another man. When police searched the teenager, they found "a significant bulge" in his pants.The man then told police he had a snake in his pants and pulled it out to show officers. According to the BBC, police believe the baby king python may belong to one of the man's relatives.The teen was taken into a jail cell to sleep if off. (KGTV) - The SAT college entrance exam given to thousands of high school students across the United States may have been leaked in Asia ahead of Saturday's test, the Los Angeles Times reported.High school junior Huzail Hassan of Rancho Cucamonga received a text from a friend who said the College Board, which administers the exam, reused a test from last fall, the LA Times reported.“I checked on Twitter and so many people had taken screenshots,” Hassan told the LA Times. “I looked it up and it was the same exam.
