WINTER PARK, Fla. (AP) — Police say a man punched and kicked a 70-year-old man who'd asked him to practice social distancing inside a central Florida gas station. An arrest report says 24-year-old Rovester Ingram wasn't wearing a mask so the older man asked him to back away on Sept. 8. The man then paid for his items and left the store. Police say Ingram followed him outside and began punching and kicking him. The man went back inside. But Ingram followed him and dragged him back out. Police confirmed the incident through witnesses and surveillance video. They arrested Ingram. 591

White House senior adviser Jared Kushner's family real estate group obtained business loans after Kushner met with the company heads in his official government capacity, The New York Times reported Wednesday.According to the Times, Kushner met with Joshua Harris, one of the founders of Apollo Global Management, on multiple occasions while advising the Trump administration on infrastructure policy, three people familiar with the meetings said.The topic of a job at the White House was also brought up, though never materialized. In November 2017, Apollo's real estate group lent Kushner Companies 4 million to refinance the mortgage of a Chicago skyscraper. WEST PALM BEACH, Florida — West Palm Beach says the number of police cars that had to be pulled off the streets due to engine failure has risen to 49.City Administrator Jeff Green said at this point they believe a tainted fuel shipment in the middle of March is to blame. All of those cars had traces of biodiesel in their tanks, which are meant for unleaded only.West Palm Beach Police Public Information Officer David Lefont said it is not impacting public safety since the agency is supplementing with rental cars.“We have captains driving around in minivans,” Lefont said.Seventeen patrol cars have gotten new engines and are back in service.The other affected cars are non-marked cars.Green said Miami-Dade County police reported they had to pull 120 cars with the same issue.In West Palm Beach the cars affected are all Ford, which is why the automaker is investigating the case as well.But Green said at this point they believe it was the fuel shipment. In exchange, they receive a broad range of primary care services and quick, unlimited access to their doctor via in-person office visits, phone or by text.“Everyone wants everything immediate. And so, I think this is it. It's good, especially in this time for people to have access,” said Pai-Verma.Membership fees range from about 5 to 0 per month on average – about 0 less than having typical health insurance. White House chief of staff John Kelly was interviewed by special counsel Robert Mueller's team in recent months, three people with knowledge of the matter told CNN.Kelly responded to a narrow set of questions from special counsel investigators after White House lawyers initially objected to Mueller's request to do the interview earlier this summer, the sources said. Kelly is widely expected to leave his position in the coming days and is no longer on speaking terms with President Donald Trump, CNN reported earlier Friday.Kelly is the latest high-ranking White House official known to provide information for Mueller's investigation, though his interview marks a departure of sorts since Kelly didn't join the White House until July 2017. Most of the dozens of other interviews have been with people who were associated with the Trump campaign, were part of the transition or served in the early part of the administration.The Mueller questions to Kelly centered on a narrow set of issues in the investigation of potential obstruction of justice, chiefly Kelly's recollection of an episode that took place after new reporting emerged about how the President had tried to fire Mueller. The President was angry at then-White House counsel Don McGahn about what had been reported by The New York Times. McGahn had refused to publicly deny the reporting. The special counsel wanted to try to corroborate McGahn's version of events.The White House counsel's office had initially fought the Mueller request.
