Two Department of Energy officials referred on Wednesday to natural gas produced in the US as "freedom gas" and "molecules of U.S. freedom" in a press release announcing the expansion of a natural gas facility in Texas.The department announced the expansion of the Freeport LNG Terminal, a facility on Quintana Island, that produces liquified natural gas for export. WASHINGTON — The Senate has approved a bipartisan measure limiting President Donald Trump's authority to launch military operations against Iran. The resolution says Trump must seek approval from Congress before engaging in further military action against Iran. Supporters say the resolution is not about Trump or even the presidency, but instead is an important reassertion of congressional power to declare war.
