This compares to about 1.32 percent positive swab tests of a similar sample in a November 2 report.“Three weeks into the second national lockdown in England there has been a ~30% proportionate reduction in prevalence overall,” the REACT report concluded. EL CAJON, Calif. (KGTV) -- Authorities are searching for a man who reportedly robbed a US Bank in El Cajon Monday. According to the FBI, the incident happened just after 3 p.m. at the US Bank on the 2700 block of Navajo Road. The robber reportedly approached a teller and made a verbal demand for money. After receiving the cash, the man fled the scene on foot. The robber is described as a white or Hispanic man with olive skin and grey hair who is believed to be in his 30s or 40s. He’s also six feet, one inch tall with a thin build. The man was last seen wearing a grey and white “trucker style” hat, long sleeved grey sweatshirt and baggy blue jeans. (KGTV) — San Diego Sheriff's bomb/arson detectives were called to investigate a house fire that broke out Wednesday afternoon.Firefighters and deputies were called to the 1600 block of Via Elisa just before 3 p.m. Wednesday after the fire broke out at the home.Strong winds threatened nearby structures, forcing deputies to evacuate the homes, the SDSO said.Based on the initial investigation, Sheriff's bomb/arson detectives were called to the scene.The cause of the fire has not been determined, but the investigation was ongoing late Wednesday. 572
