PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -- A man who bit a teen girl at a Green Day concert in Portland pleaded no contest to harassment and was sentenced to one month in jail.Joel Brian Dauncey, 34, of Vancouver, British Columbia, entered his no contest plea in court Monday. An additional charge of third-degree sex abuse was dismissed as part of his plea agreement.Dauncey was arrested last month following the Green Day concert at the Moda Center.Court documents state the 14-year-old victim was with her mother, who was on her left, with Dauncey on her right.The girl said she was dancing when Dauncey leaned over and bit her on her right breast, according to a probable cause affidavit.The affidavit states an employee working at the concert witnessed the bite and said Dauncey had been cut off from buying alcohol due to his behavior.Along with one month in jail, Dauncey was sentenced to 11 months probation and ordered to have no future contact with the victim.The-CNN-Wire 970

POWAY, Calif. (KGTV) -- A man is dead following a fatal crash in the 12900 block of Community Road, near Civic Center Drive. The Sheriff's department says a speeding vehicle was driving northbound on Community Road when it hit another vehicle, causing several other crashes. The driver of one vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene and several other people were injured.Community Road was closed in both directions during the initial investigation.The Sheriff's Traffic Accident Reconstruction team was called to the scene and the investigation is ongoing.Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (888) 580-8477.Video from Sky10 shows the scene of the crash. (KGTV) - Family and friends are preparing to say goodbye to a Poway teen, killed while driving home from college for Christmas break."She always brings a positive vibe wherever she goes. Her smile can really brighten up the room," said friend Brandon Kim.For the friends of Kim Huynh, smiles for them are hard to muster."To me it was just shock," said Kim.Last Thursday night, the 18-year-old Huynh was driving back home to Poway with her older sister after finishing her first quarter at UC Riverside, when the car spun out on a Murietta highway, slamming into a tree and killing her. Her sister suffered minor injuries. The cause of the crash remains under investigation."She was one of my closest friends," said Kim. Kim met Huynh in grade school."Super smart. Ten times smarter than me," said Kim.Kim said his friend also had a joyful side and loved having fun. Huynh danced for one of Rancho Bernardo High's dance teams. After graduating, she enrolled at UC Riverside on scholarship. The pre-med student also hoped to help her immigrant parents."She said she wanted to become a doctor to give back to them for taking such good care of her," said Kim.After her death, friends gathered this weekend to remember a promising life cut short."Everybody broke down ... I want to grow up with everyone. The fact I have to leave someone behind breaks my heart," said Kim.The funeral is planned for Thursday.
