A 17-month-old girl who was wounded in the west Texas shooting rampage is expected to make a full recovery.The toddler, identified as Anderson Davis, was one of the 22 people injured in Saturday’s shooting. "My dad and I usually do our big hiking trips together," she says. Along those hikes, Deporter says she sees a lot of garbage.
