Jay Sekulow, an attorney for President Donald Trump, said Monday he does not want the written answers the President submitted to special counsel Robert Mueller to be released, describing them as "confidential.""Well, that would not be a position that I would want, to just make a statement where we would release confidential communications that took place between the President of the United States and the Department of Justice or the special counsel's office," Sekulow told CNN's Alisyn Camerota on "New Day."Sekulow continued, "as a lawyer, you don't waive privileges and you don't waive investigative detail absent either a court order or an agreement between the parties. And you'd have to weigh a lot of factors there on how that affects other presidencies."Sekulow called such a move "very inappropriate," and added that it'll "be a decision (Attorney General William Barr) makes, but I've some strong opinions about that."On Sunday, Barr delivered a summary to Congress detailing the principal conclusions of Mueller's investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election. For months, Mueller's team had requested a sit-down interview with Trump, but the President's lawyers refused to commit and negotiations continued. Eventually, the special counsel submitted written questions to the President last fall concerning the time frame before the 2016 election, which Trump answered in late November.Barr's letter to Congress stated that Mueller did not find that the Trump campaign conspired with Russia to influence the 2016 election and said that based on the report, Barr and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein determined there was not enough evidence to prosecute the President for obstruction of justice. 1740

In the moments before President Donald Trump was set to commemorate the 18th anniversary of the September 11 terror attacks, his mind was decidedly elsewhere."If it weren't for the never ending Fake News about me, and with all that I have done (more than any other President in the first 2 1/2 years!), I would be leading the "Partners" of the LameStream Media by 20 points. Sorry, but true!" he 408

It's a time-honored tradition for many to watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, but this year it could be missing a key element: its 16 giant character balloons.Officials in New York City may have to ground the iconic balloons due to windy conditions. They cannot be flown when sustained winds exceed 23 mph and gusts exceed 34 mph, per 353

If you're a parent, heading out the door before a car ride with the kids probably goes a little like this:Parent: "Did you go to the bathroom?"Child: "No, I don't have to go."Parent: "Go now, you may not get the chance later."At least for one New Hampshire woman, that was pretty much the ongoing conversation she had with her four kids ... so much that she made it her vanity license plate for 15 years.Wendy Auger is proud of her "PB4WEGO" plate and told CNN she's never had any issues with it. Until now.New Hampshire asked Auger, in a letter she received August 16, to surrender her plate because it includes a phrase relating to "sexual or excretory acts or functions," said Auger."I'm not a political activist," she said. "But this is a non-offensive thing that I've had and it's part of who we are as a family and who I am and there was zero reason for them to take it away."The recall letter said Auger had 10 days to surrender her plate with the option to chose another vanity plate at no extra cost or have one assigned to her.If Auger chose to get a regular plate, a portion of her vanity plate fee would be refunded to her, according to the letter. After hearing about Auger's situation from a mutual friend, New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu got involved."Upon this being brought to my attention, I reached out to the Division of Motor Vehicles and strongly urged them to allow Wendy to keep the license plate she has had for the last 15 years," Sununu told CNN in a statement."I recently left a message on her phone to share the good news that her plate will not be recalled."Auger said she was happy she got to keep a piece of who her family is with her."I wasn't going to go down without a fight," she said. For New Hampshire residents, the cost of a vanity license plate includes the price of your town/city and state registration fees, plus for the Vanity Plate fee, plus a one time fee, according to the 1938
