The respirators can be produced in Ford facilities by UAW workers.In order to speed up the process, Ford and 3M teams have been locating off-the-shelf parts — like fans from the Ford F-150's cooled seats or 3M HEPA air filters and portable tool battery packs. All these spare parts can be used to make thousands of respirators. The tweet and Facebook post touts the arrest and seizure of 106 pounds of marijuana.According to Dee, it was actually hemp with undetectable levels of THC, making it legal. "100 percent legal. I don't make the law, I just go by the law," Dee said.Dee says many of his clients are sick people who use the hemp for pain management. The shipment was sent out Friday by Fox Holler Farms in Vermont."It's all legal, and we did everything by the books," Buddy Koerner with Fox Holler Farms said. "We really tried to do everything the right way."But Federal Express tipped off the police. The hemp was seized, and when the NYPD told Dee's brother, Ronan, to pick up the package, Ronan was arrested.Thursday, the NYPD stopped short of admitting a mistake."We field tested it as marijuana (and) called the individual in. He was placed under arrest. It's currently in the lab at this point to make a final determination if it was hemp," NYPD Chief of Department Terence A. Monahan said. "The individual did not have a bill of laden justifying its delivery, so this is all part of an ongoing investigation."But Dee is in possession of documents that he says are proof the shipment contained all the necessary paperwork proving it was legal hemp."We sent them all our paperwork, plus the paperwork within all the boxes. We have proof of that because it was seized by Vermont police. The Vermont police made a statement saying all paperwork was inside the boxes," Dee said. "We're extremely angry at FedEx. the package was already seized and cleared by the Vermont police."The government classifies hemp as any plant from the cannabis family that contains less than 0.3 percent THC, the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana.Dee says his hemp shipment was certified by a DEA certified lab to contain 0.14 percent THC.The main problem now is the longer the hemp is held, the quality is diminished. Dee says he's already lost clients and could lose up to ,000."If I lose this product, I'm going out of business, I'm completely done," Dee said.Dee took to Instagram in defense of his business and said his brother was falsely arrested. He's gotten a lot of support on social media."We're in contact with our attorney. We want our product back ASAP," he said. "We want an apology for my brother's arrest. This guy has never been to jail in his life. He's traumatized."Dee's brother was released on his own recognizance. Dee is also extremely angry at FedEx and says he may take legal action. All adults, including pregnant women, should be screened for unhealthy alcohol use by their primary care physicians, the United States Preventive Services Task Force advises. The task force said it did not find enough evidence to make a recommendation for or against alcohol screening and counseling for those under the age of 18. The panel is calling for more research.Unhealthy alcohol use means drinking beyond the recommended limits. No more than four drinks in a single day and 14 drinks in a week is the line drawn for men age 21 to 64, according to National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism. For women and older men, the institute advises no more than three drinks in one day and no more than seven drinks in a week. There is no safe level of alcohol for pregnant women, according to the institute.The negative consequences of too much alcohol include illness, injury, and death -- unhealthy alcohol use ranks as the third leading preventable cause of death in the US according to the task force. late Monday night after the animal was aggressive, grabbing his arm and tearing his pants.However, the owner of the dog, Larry Massey, said the officer misunderstood what was happening because he was having a seizure, shooting his dog named Butch.According to a news release from the city, they received a call at 11:59 p.m. by a passerby that a man was passed out on the side of the road.Two officers, identified by the city as Rojas and Daigneault (their first names were not provided), arrived at that location and found Massey unresponsive. Police said that Massey had informed officers in the past that due to a medical issue, he has seizures. The news released said Rojas did a "sternum rub" to revive Massey. While Rojas was assisting Massey, police said Massey's dog growled at and attacked Daigneault, grabbing his right pants leg with its teeth and tearing his pants.Police said Daigneault pushed the dog away with his foot, but the dog lunged at Daigneault again, grabbing the officer's arm. Daigneault pushed the dog away a second time, but the dog lunged at Daigneault's face. Police said Daigneault then shot the dog to protect himself and others. The dog was transported to a local veterinarian's office but was pronounced dead upon arrival.
