Amazon is pulling Washington Redskins merchandise from their online marketplace.The announcement comes after the team indicated it was reviewing a possible name change, and NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said the league was supportive of the review.According to a notice distributed to sellers on Amazon, and first published by CNBC, the company said they are removing all products with the Redskins logo and name, and gave sellers just a few days to remove items.Washington State Attorney General sent a letter to Amazon asking for the team products to be removed. ALPINE, Calif. (KGTV) -- A man has died following a deputy-involved shooting in Alpine Monday afternoon.  The man's family later identified him as Daniel Ayala. According to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department, deputies shot Ayala at an apartment complex on the 2600 block of Alpine Boulevard around 3 p.m. during a confrontation.No deputies were injured, sheriff's officials said.According to Lt. Michael Blevins, dispatchers had received several 911 calls reporting a man yelling in the apartment complex. Blevins said at one point he made statements threatening to kill people. A witness told 10News, Ayala had pounded on his door, yelling incoherently.When deputies arrived they say they went up to Ayala's apartment."He exited the apartment with a knife in his hand and advanced towards the deputies," said Lt. Blevins.That's when the deputies opened fire. Blevins said more than one deputy fired a gun, though he said they were still investigating exactly who discharged their weapon and how many shots were fired. 1064

AGOURA, California — The movie set ranch featured in the HBO television series “Westworld” and almost 500 other productions was destroyed in the Woolsey Fire, Santa Monica Mountains park rangers tweeted Friday.The piece of Hollywood history, known as “Western Town” at Paramount Ranch, was located in Agoura. With its rolling hills and canyons, it was used to create an Old West look for film and television shoots.Paramount Studios bought the 2,700 acre ranch in the golden era of Hollywood. According to the National Park Service, the permanent Western Town was built in the 1950s and posed as Tombstone, Arizona, and Dodge City, Kansas.In addition to “Westworld”, the set also served as the home of “Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman” and episodes of Gunsmoke.
