A federal judge has ruled in favor of a group of adult entertainers who claimed their rights were violated when police raided San Diego strip club where they worked. An attorney for the women said the ruling essentially finds that the city's municipal code, which allows for inspections of police regulated businesses, violated the dancer's First Amendment rights. But the judge stopped short of ruling on the claim that the city also violated the Fourth Amendment on unreasonable searches and seizures. The San Diego City Attorney's office told 10News it's reviewing the ruling at this time and had no further comment. The dancers are also seeking damages, which their attorney says will be decided when the matter goes to trial, but a date hasn't been set.  797

Trump has denied her claims, at one point dismissing Zervos' and another woman's accusations at a campaign rally, calling them "total fiction" and "all false stuff."Zervos claims Trump kissed her twice on the lips during a lunch meeting in his New York City office, and on a separate occasion in Beverly Hills, she alleges he kissed her aggressively and touched her breast.Lawyers for the President have "to answer within 10 days of notice of entry of this order," Judge Jennifer Schecter wrote.The statute of limitations for the alleged misconduct has long passed.So in January 2017, with attorney Gloria Allred by her side, Zervos tried a different legal approach. A golfer in Colorado is recovering after being gored by an elk over the weekend, splitting one of his kidneys.Zak Bornhoft was at Evergreen Golf Course about an hour west of Denver on Saturday evening. He and his friends saw dozens of elk near the course and thought they would be safe if they kept their distance, according to reports.He tells local media the large elk charged at him while he sat in a golf cart near the 17th hole. The person driving the cart brought him to the clubhouse to get help.The Elk’s antler sliced his left kidney in two. Bornhoft was rushed to the hospital, and treated in the ICU. He is reportedly making a good recovery.Elk are allowed to roam freely in the area of the course, and wildlife officials say attacks on golfers are rare. 773

A California surgeon who had been accused of drugging and raping two women was charged with five more cases Wednesday, bringing the total number of alleged victims to seven.Grant Robicheaux, 38, pleaded not guilty to the charges.His girlfriend, Cerissa Riley, 31, was also charged in three additional cases, and pleaded not guilty."We unequivocally deny all allegations of nonconsensual sex and absolutely deny any allegations that we have ever secretly drugged anyone for the purpose of having sex with them," the couple said in a statement.They said they passed polygraph tests and knew about the investigation since January. "We didn't flee, we didn't move, and we didn't go into hiding. ... A man in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma has died after being shot by police, though neighbors were yelling that he was deaf.Magdiel Sanchez, 35, was carrying a metal pipe and 15 feet away from police when shots were fired. One witness said officers yelled at him to drop what he was carrying before shooting, but he did not comply. Another said Sanchez often carried the pipe because of stray dogs in the area that would attack.Police said officers on the scene did not hear the neighbors.The officer who shot Sanchez is a police sergeant and is now on leave.
