CHULA VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) – Fire crews Wednesday night responded to a brush fire in Chula Vista amid dry conditions. According to California Highway Patrol, the fire started off of Interstate 805 North near E Street around 8:42 p.m. CHP says the fire may have started in a homeless encampment. By 9 p.m., Chula Vista Police told CHP no flames were visible in the area. 380

Miso Robotics introduced the robot as a potential replacement to human cooks.So the burger-flipping robot has been switched off until coders can update it.Interest and news about Flippy's "hiring" created an increased demand at the restaurant, leading to more orders than it could handle.CaliBurger is reportedly working with staff to make sure the kitchen is working around Flippy as efficiently as possible as well. The restaurant hopes to eventually deploy Flippys in more of its locations.Miso Robotics says Flippy can detect when raw burger patties are placed on the grill and monitors each one. A cloud-based software from the company keeps track of the cook time and alerts workers when it's time to dress the burger patty.Flippy will be able to cook up to 2,000 burgers a day, the company touts. Holland Partner Group, a developer, headquartered in Vancouver, Washington released renderings of the development planned for 220 West Broadway, where the old San Diego Courthouse sits. The building is a 37 stories high, with 431 residential units along with office space and retail. "It's a lot of glass, it's exciting, it's sexy. It's going to be a real centerpiece for the middle of downtown San Diego," said Sumeet Parekh with Downtown San Diego Partnership. "It's one of the densest high rise buildings in San Diego; it's gonna hit almost the height limit for downtown which is about 500 feet." Parekh says there is a high demand to live and work in downtown, and space is scarce, so building up is something that is becoming more and more common. "There are a number of projects that are being built that is in this height," Parekh said. "There are several other projects in the area that are as tall if not bigger." The company sent a letter to Posare salon, threatening to sue the owner if she didn't silence Toni or fire her.  As for consumers, Grabowski says, "Everyone is entitled to their opinion. By the way, there is not a constitutional right to complain about a company.
