While residents of The Bahamas are still recovering from Hurricane Dorian, which struck the islands last week, a new storm forming in the Atlantic could pose a threat.The storm, which is being called "Potential Tropical Cyclone No. 9," is swirling in the central Bahamas. The storm is expected to gain strength and move northwest, toward the same islands pounded by Hurricane Dorian.
