(KGTV) - A man accused of leading police on a lengthy, high-speed pursuit in Oklahoma City Friday recorded the incident on Facebook Live.Sirens could be heard blaring in the background as the man drives the reportedly stolen truck. The man identified himself as the suspect in the chase, yelling, "I'm in a high-speed chase, bro!" out the window at another person.Watch the video below:At least three crashes were caused as a result of the hours-long chase, according to KOCO in Oklahoma.The chase began on Interstate 240 in southwest Oklahoma City and continued into Moore, OK. (KGTV and AP) -- A Coronado parachutist jumped out of a plane over Normandy Wednesday, just as soldiers did 75 years ago, according to the Associated Press. The parachutists were honoring the airborne soldiers who jumped into gunfire ahead of the June 6 1944 seaborne invasion. 97-year-old D-Day veteran Tom Rice was among the paratroopers who leapt out of planes that day. According to the Associated Press, Rice jumped in tandem Wednesday into roughly the same area he landed on D-Day. “It went perfect, perfect jump,” Rice said following the jump. “I feel great. I’d go up and do it again.”On D-Day, Rice jumped with the 101st Airborne Division, landing safely despite catching himself on the exit and a bullet hitting his parachute. Rice flew down Wednesday with the stars and stripes flag beneath him, landing with loud applause. Other parachutists jumped with World War II souvenirs, some of which were worn by their grandfathers into battle. Rice said following the jump that he feels he represents a whole generation. (KGTV) - Heavy fog and thick mud were no match for Justify at the Pimlico Race Course on Saturday.The chestnut colt took the lead late in the race for a nailbiting ending and won the 143rd Preakness Stakes.After winning the Kentucky Derby two weeks ago and the Preakness Stakes on Saturday, Justify now moves on to the Belmont Stakes with the hope of winning the coveted Triple Crown.The Belmont Stakes take place on June 9. Justify will enter the race aiming to be the sport's 13th Triple Crown winner.American Pharoah is the most recent Triple Crown winner having won the title in 2015. (KGTV) — A recent study may cause pause at the dinner table this holiday season for millions of Americans.The study by the New England Journal of Medicine claims that nearly one in two adults (49 percent) will be obese by 2030, with obesity rates being at least 35 percent in every state and higher than 50 percent in 29 states. Nearly one in four adults are projected to have severe obesity by 2030. "Severe obesity" is projected to be the most common body-mass index (BMI) category among women, black adults, and low-income adults nationally, the study added.RELATED: Carlsbad company invents weight loss balloon"Our analysis indicates that the prevalence of adult obesity and severe obesity will continue to increase nationwide, with large disparities across states and demographic subgroups," the study said.Most previous obesity estimates have relied on surveys in which respondents often understate their weight. The new report used decades-long federal study to get a more accurate picture of the growing epidemic.The study says BMI data from more than 6.2 million adults collected from the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System Survey in 1993-1994 and 1999-2016 was used and measured with data from 57,000 adults who participated in the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. (KGTV) — As of Jan. 1, 2020, Californians won't have to pay sales tax on diapers or menstrual products for two years.The temporary ban is thanks to Senate Bull 92, which was signed into law by Gov.
