Dave Walesky. More than 50 dogs and 15 cats were surrendered to Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control. Around 38 other dogs, left to fend for themselves, mostly in the Glades area.  "Many of them were loose inside fenced yards, some were loose in the community where they just got turned loose or some were tied and left in small cages," says Walesky. "One of the dogs was left tied to a structure with a bowl of water and a bunch of bananas." It's not just sad, it's a crime. "And there is no excuse for leaving your pet behind to die. We are going to hold accountable those who we can prove left their dogs behind in the storm," says Aronberg.   1261

The Lumberton, NC Police Department said that authorities have found a body during a search for missing 13-year-old Hania Aguilar, who was reported missing on Nov. 5. Authorities said Aguilar was abducted by a man dressed in black and wearing a yellow bandana while she was standing outside her family's home on Nov. 5. A ,000 reward was issued for information on Aguilar's whereabouts. Authorities released the following statement Tuesday evening: 484

The New York State Department of Taxation and Finance has issued a subpoena to Michael Cohen as part of its ongoing probe into whether the Trump Foundation violated New York tax laws, a department spokesman confirmed to CNN.This probe is separate from the New York attorney general's lawsuit against the Trump Foundation. The military is investigating why an aging cargo plane making its final military flight nosedived into a Georgia highway on Wednesday, killing all nine people on board.The Puerto Rico Air National Guard WC-130 was flying from Savannah, Georgia, to Tucson, Arizona, where it was to be decommissioned.
