BISHKEK, Nov. 3 (Xinhua) -- Prime Ministers from the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) pledged on Thursday to enhance their pragmatic cooperation in various areas.

Our two countries have established a comprehensive strategic partnership, the highest level of relations between China and Latin American countries, which embodies the high degree of our political mutual trust.
