Court documents show her body was found in a "shallow grave near an oil tank." Her daughter’s bodies were discovered concealed within oil tanks nearby, sources told KMGH. Court documents filed late last week show experts were advised the bodies were in tanks filled with crude oil "for several days." Chris Watts had been an Anadarko employee but was fired by the company Wednesday.On Friday, the coroner's office announced they had positively identified the bodies as those of Shanann Watts and her two daughters. The manner and cause of death of all three bodies are pending further laboratory results and have not been released at this time.Weld County prosecutors said in court last week they believed the two girls and their mother were killed inside the home but did not elaborate. Wednesday morning people in Baltimore found the Francis Scott Key statue vandalized. According to a photographer at the statue, it was spray painted from the sidewalk to the top its columns. Francis Scott Key was a lawyer, author, and poet from Frederick, Maryland. His poem "The Defense of Fort McHenry" eventually became the United State's national anthem, "The Star-Spangled Banner.""Racist anthem" was spray painted on the statue. Though it is rarely sung, the song's third verse does contain a reference to slavery.The Baltimore Sun reports that the graffiti appeared on the statue exactly 203 years after Key wrote the poem that inspired the national anthem. 707

WAUKESHA -- A train struck and killed a pedestrian and their dog Monday morning in Waukesha, Wisconsin.Waukesha Police Captain Dan Baumann told Scripps station WTMJ in Milwaukee that the train hit a pedestrian and a dog around 6:40 a.m. near Barstow and Carroll.The train ended up stopping at Broadway Street in Waukesha for roughly two hours -- which blocked eight streets in the downtown Waukesha area during the morning commute.Police are still at the scene investigating and have not released any other information.  558
