Everybody.It's true, the hepatitis A outbreak is hitting the homeless population around downtown San Diego the hardest but even a North County doctor is advising her patients the vaccine is a good idea for most everyone."I felt it be best if I get protected against the current outbreak," Beverly Asbill-Gumbs said. The precautionary advisory was lifted Friday evening for the roughly 190 businesses. Mike Hamama owns Giant New York Pizza. He's still surprised it happened. Hamama and roughly 20 other business owners paid the nearly 0 fee to get a modified permit from the health department, allowing them to open before the advisory was lifted, but with several restrictions. Wednesday, the San Diego County Board of Supervisors will discuss reimbursing owners for that fee. President Donald Trump had lunch with National Rifle Association leaders Wayne LaPierre and Chris Cox over the weekend, he said Monday.The President also said state governors should not be "afraid" of the NRA's lobbying power.The lunch was announced by the President during a meeting with governors at the White House Monday morning. A department statement says police officers were not involved as federal forces repeatedly came out to disperse a crowd that broke a fence and set a fire outside the federal building.
