(AP) — A Los Angeles police detective has been charged with secretly videotaping dozens of men inside a restroom at Angel Stadium of Anaheim.The Anaheim city attorney's office says 42-year-old Ryan Caplette was charged Friday with 75 misdemeanor counts.Prosecutors allege that Caplette was the man seen videotaping inside a stadium bathroom on June 8. He was off-duty at the time. Caplette was released after being placed under a citizen's arrest.Prosecutors allege that Caplette videotaped at least 37 people that day.Caplette is charged with disorderly conduct that includes peeping with intent to invade privacy, secretly videotaping in a restroom and loitering.Caplette couldn't immediately be reached for comment. (CNS) -- An online petition urging a delay of the scheduled reopening of the Disneyland Resort due to the risk of guests contracting coronavirus has acquired more than 26,000 signatures as of this weekend.The change.org petition was started by a user called "We Are Anonymous" and states that because COVID-19 cases are rising, Disneyland Resort is "endangering cast members and guests to be exposed to (coronavirus)" with its planned reopening of Disneyland and California Adventure on July 17. The Downtown Disney shopping district is scheduled to reopen July 9."There are more cases now than when the parks closed on March 13th, 2020," the petition said. "Health Officials have stated that the 2nd wave of Covid-19 will be worse. An Arizona mother has been arrested after police found audio recordings of her threatening to kill her abused infant. Mesa police report that on Wednesday morning, 18-year-old Leticia Stella Palos, was arrested in Casa Grande for child abuse.Investigators say on July 7, a 3-month-old boy was taken to Cardon’s Children Hospital for an injured right arm. Doctors discovered that his upper arm was broken. Doctors also allegedly found multiple bruises and fractures to three ribs in various states of healing. Police say the doctors determined that these injuries were "highly suspicious for non-accidental trauma."Detectives checked Palos' cell phone and reportedly found multiple recordings sent from her to the boy's father, where they heard the boy breathing "heavy and fast."In other recordings, they reportedly heard the child screaming. Palos was also heard in the recordings threatening to "throw the victim in the trash," and "that she is going to kill the victim."She also allegedly referenced drug use in the recordings.She is being held on a ,000 bond for child abuse.If you suspect a child is being abused, the Arizona Department of Child Services has resources available to report the issue to a social worker. An international flight from Dubai to Amsterdam had to make an emergency landing last week on a Transavia Airlines flight after a fight broke out due to a passenger's flatulence, according to the Dutch De Telegraph.According to the report, two sisters complained about a man passing gas on board of the flight. When the Transavia Airlines crew failed to do anything about the flatulence, that is when the passengers allegedly got physical. Nora Lachhab, 25, and her sister, were forced off the plane by police in Vienna for allegedly getting physical with other passengers. Lachhab told De Telegraph that the allegations are untrue. "The strange thing is that we also had to leave the aircraft. While we did not know these guys at all. We happened to be in the same row, but did not do anything to justify the bizarre behavior of the Transavia crew,"Lachhab told De Telegraaf.According to De Telegraaf, four passengers, including those accused of passing gas, were barred from flying on Transavia Airlines. "That is unacceptable. Our crew must ensure a safe flight," an airline spokesperson told De Telegraaf. "When passengers pose risks, they immediately intervene. Our people are trained for that. They know very well where the boundaries are. Transavia is therefore square behind the cabin crew and the pilots."An unidentified passenger told De Telegraaf that Transavia Airlines' response was an over reaction. 1541

An Arizona family is celebrating a major milestone. Baby Henley was born with a congenital heart defect or a hole in her heart. Weighing in at only 4 pounds and 7 ounces, there was a lot of concern about her health because she just would not eat."Because of the hole in her heart, she just could not eat, it was too difficult for her, so she struggled a lot to gain weight," said Megan Beebe, Henley's mother.So, from the age of 5 months old, Henley has relied on a feeding tube to get all of her nutrition."At one point, it was giving her 100% of her nutrition. We would put all of her formula, breast milk through the feeding tube," said Beebe.In her two years since she was born, Henley has had hundreds of doctor's appointments and five surgeries. She has also been working with a feeding therapist based out of the United Cerebral Palsy of Central Arizona. Henley does not have cerebral palsy, but her mother tells KNXV they really liked the specialized therapist they have been working with, so they have stuck with the organization."We just had to keep working our way up, until one day she ate an entire Cheeto Puff all by herself," said Beebe.That one Cheeto Puff was a big milestone for Henley."It took her about 10 full minutes to eat one Cheeto Puff but she ate the whole Cheeto Puff all by herself, did not throw up," said Beebe, talking about the relief they felt. They were finally able to see the light at the end of the tunnel of Henley's tough road to being able to eat without the aid of a feeding tube.After 27 months, Henley's feeding tube was finally removed. It was a big moment for Beebe. She tells KNXV she sometimes could not help but feel like a failure as a mother."Our number one job is to feed her and keep her alive, and we couldn't do that," said Beebe."The day we finally got to take her feeding tube out, it was like, it was just a miracle.
