Moore called the accusation "absolutely false" in a statement in Gallant, Alabama, later Monday, denying that he knew the woman.The accusations came after The Washington Post published a report last week based on interviews with more than 30 people, saying Moore pursued relationships with teenagers while he was in his 30s. One woman said she was 14 years old when Moore initiated sexual contact with her. Moore also denied those allegations and has threatened to sue the Post.For now, GOP leaders are stuck in an increasingly difficult position. Moore has repeatedly said he has no intention of stepping down and views the stories themselves -- and the GOP senators that have condemned him in its wake -- are nothing but political attacks. House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy plans to introduce legislation this week that will fully fund President Donald Trump's proposed wall along the U.S.-Mexico border with a whopping .4 billion price tag, a spokesperson for the California Republican told CNN on Tuesday.The bill is still in the drafting process but is expected to be released within the next few days in the pro-forma session this week. The House remains in recess until mid-November, after the midterm elections, so the body would not consider the legislation for another month or so. Even with a Republican-controlled Capitol Hill and White House, any proposal to fully fund Trump's signature campaign pledge of a border wall would have a difficult pathway to passing both chambers of Congress, given the threshold for such legislation and the narrow margin of control in the Senate.The legislation comes as McCarthy is headed to the U.S.-Mexico border on Wednesday for a tour and briefing by the Department of Homeland Security and as the California congressman continues to push to succeed Speaker Paul Ryan when the Wisconsin Republican departs in January.Mccarthy is not the only House Republican to express interest in leading the caucus. Majority Whip Steve Scalise of Louisiana and House Freedom Caucus co-founder Jim Jordan of Ohio have talked about pursuing the top House GOP spot, and both are traditionally affiliated with the more conservative side of the caucus members. The app then scans a database of more than a million rescued or found animals that could be a to make a match.The founders of Finding Rover say the app is 98 percent accurate.Veterinarian Dr. Kevin Fitzgerald says with so many lost and stray animals, facial recognition for pets could be a huge asset. IMPERIAL BEACH, Calif. (KGTV) - Friday’s high tide was powerful enough to wipe out a front porch and flood streets along the Imperial Beach coastline. Some neighbors who live along Seacoast Drive tried to put out sandbags earlier in the week. It wasn’t enough to stop water from reaching inside homes. “I’ve talked to someone they've lived here 30 years they say this is the worst they've seen,” a neighbor told 10News. Many residents are concerned about the bacteria lingering in the ocean after recent sewage spills, and now draining into their homes. RELATED: Sandbags available in San Diego CountyMark Merrifield from the Scripps Institute of Oceanography is studying the combination of waves and tides that lead to these flooding events. “We have sensors out in the water measuring offshore waves, waves as they come to the shore and the flood as it happens around the street here,” said Merrifield. Imperial Beach crews are removing sand from the roadway so they can get to the clogged storm drain and start relieving some of the flooding.FEMA flood maps for the Imperial Beach area indicate the southern end of the street is designated as a floodway.
