WACO, Texas — A Houston boy who went missing in 2017 was found in Florida on Saturday with his father, who did not have custody of the child.The Sanford Police Department in Florida said Kenneth Graham, the boy’s father, left Texas with Joshua Graham at the end of 2017 without notifying his wife. It was believed he was taking the boy to Tallahassee, Florida, where Kenneth Graham previously lived. Tallahassee is about four hours away from Sanford, where the boy was found. Police in Florida said they were notified by Houston detectives on Friday that Joshua, now 9 years old, was in Sanford.The following morning, police found the boy and his father in a car at Fort Mellon Park. Police said the child was in good health.Joshua’s mother was granted sole custody of the boy in February 2018. Law enforcement in Houston filed Joshua as missing and “abducted by non-custodial parent” on March 26, 2019.“Regardless of the circumstances, the feelings of loss and devastation are indescribable when any child is taken from a parent,” said Sanford Police Chief Cecil Smith. “The officers and investigators involved in this case are delighted to have played a significant role in reuniting this mother with her child after two long years. Two weeks after being grounded by the FAA, a Boeing 737 Max airplane en route from Orlando, Florida, to Victorville, California, had to return to Orlando International Airport to make an emergency landing Tuesday afternoon, the Associated Press reported. The jet, which was being shuttled to California for storage, only had two pilots on board. The jet belongs to Southwest Airlines, according to the AP.The Boeing 737 Max was grounded by US officials two weeks ago following the second deadly crash involving the series of planes. The AP reported that the emergency was not related to a glitch in the anti-stall software, which investigators believe caused the two previous planes to crash. On March 13, the FAA released a statement that said, "The grounding (of Boeing 737 Max planes) will remain in effect pending further investigation, including examination of information from the aircraft’s flight data recorders and cockpit voice recorders.
