A wildfire has shut down a portion of Interstate 95 in northern Florida, snarling traffic on a major US highway as the busy Memorial Day weekend begins.The Yellow Bluff Fire has scorched 450 acres and is 30 percent contained, the Florida Forest Service's Jacksonville office said. It started Wednesday, and detours are in place as it burns adjacent to I-95.The Florida Highway Patrol is diverting traffic off I-95, and both northbound and southbound directions are closed in Duval County, said Officer Christian Hancock of the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.I-95 is a major thoroughfare along the East Coast from Miami to the US/Canada border in Maine, and is also key to accessing major beaches in Florida."With the Memorial Day travel weekend approaching, all travelers should closely monitor the media for updates on safety and I-95's reopening," said Commissioner Nicole Fried of the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.The National Weather Service in Jacksonville has issued a dense smoke advisory in the area. A person driving a Walmart electric scooter was arrested last weekend for allegedly driving the scooter drunk on a roadway. Police in Clarksville, Tennessee, said that the driver of the scooter was one of 14 arrested over the weekend in the city for allegedly driving while intoxicated. 298

A woman was arrested and charged after trying to attack a Burger King clerk over the wrong order in Livonia, Michigan, back in January.According to police, the woman got food from the Burger King and then came back the next day, demanding a refund because one of her burgers had tomatoes on it. Police say the clerk told the woman they could give her food or a credit, but couldn't give her money back.Police then say the woman got angry and threw the cookie rack at the clerk, tried to climb over the counter and threw a wet floor sign. It was all caught on surveillance video seen above.Eventually, the woman left but came back and threw food at the clerk's face. Less than two weeks after the Burger King incident, the woman also caused a disturbance at a Cricket Wireless store in Warren, Michigan. Police say she was disrupting display cases and stole a phone, and that she was mad she didn't get a phone with her new contract.In Livonia, she was charged with assault and battery, obstruction of justice, disorderly conduct and malicious damage of property. In Warren, she was charged with larceny and disturbing the police. 1141
