The video shows Gieszinger in a classroom, cutting chunks of hair from a male students' head and throwing it behind her as she sings the national anthem.After cutting the boys' hair, she threatens to cut other students' hair.The College of the Sequoias Chief of Police confirmed to NBC News that the video was the reason for the arrest.Gieszinger is currently being held in the Bob Wiley Detention Center in Tulare County, California on 0,000 bond. A decline in Chevrolet Cruze sales is what General Motors officials say is to blame for an employee reduction at the Lordstown, Ohio plant. Up to 1,500 workers could be affected by layoffs this summer.According to WKBN-TV, the plant will move to a one-shift schedule on June 18. Between 1,000 to 1,500 workers will remain on the shift. A Florida motorcyclist is asking for the public's help in finding the driver who smashed into him in an apparent road rage incident. The crash happened at 5 p.m. on Sunday in Sarasota, according to the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office.The motorcyclist, Darin Hendrickson, said he was taken to the hospital for a hyperextended knee, possible fractured ribs and severe road rash. Hendrickson said he was traveling when a car brake checked him. In a cell phone video, recorded by a witness, Hendrickson could be seen changing lanes and driving alongside the Mazda when he motioned for the car to pull over, swinging his arm towards the vehicle.   721
