Prosecutors in New York City hit indicted singer R. Kelly with new bribery charges Thursday that appear to be related to his 1994 marriage to a teenager.A revised indictment in federal court in Brooklyn accuses R. Kelly of scheming with others to pay for a "fraudulent identification document" for someone identified only as "Jane Doe" on Aug. 30, 1994. A day later, R. Kelly, then 27, married 15-year-old R&B singer Aaliyah D. Haughton in a secret ceremony arranged by Kelly at a hotel in Chicago. The marriage was annulled months later because of Haughton's age.Defense attorney Douglas Anton on Thursday called the latest charge against his client "ridiculous and absurd."The Brooklyn prosecutors had already charged R. Kelly with racketeering, kidnapping, forced labor and sexual exploitation. They alleged he and his employees and assistants picked out women and girls at concerts and groomed them for sexual abuse. The 52-year-old singer, who is being held without bond, is scheduled to stand trial in federal court in Chicago in April on child pornography and obstruction of justice charges before facing trial in Brooklyn. 1145

SAVANNAH, Ga. – A Georgia reporter was groped on live television while reporting on a running event on Saturday. At the time of the incident, Alexandrea Bozarjian was covering the annual Enmarket Savannah Bridge Run, during which runners make their way across the Talmadge Bridge. In a video posted to social media, several runners are seen posturing for the camera, some getting so close that Bozarjian looked visually uncomfortable. One man ended up taking things too far, smacking the reporter’s backside while jogging past her. Immediately afterwards, Bozarjian appears to take a minute to collect herself and then continues her report. Later on Twitter, Bozarjian called out the groper, saying “To the man who smacked my butt on live TV this morning: You violated, objectified, and embarrassed me. No woman should EVER have to put up with this at work or anywhere!! Do better.”To the man who smacked my butt on live TV this morning: You violated, objectified, and embarrassed me. Some good news for nap fanatics -- a new study has found that a daytime nap taken once or twice a week could lower the risk of heart attacks or strokes.Researchers from the University Hospital of Lausanne, Switzerland studied the association between napping frequency and duration and the risk of fatal and non-fatal cardiovascular disease complications.Tracking 3,462 people between the ages of 35 and 75 for just over five years, the report authors found that those who indulged in occasional napping -- once or twice a week, for between five minutes to an hour -- were 48% less likely to suffer a heart attack, stroke or heart failure than those who did not nap at all.The observational study, which was published in 732
