Dozens of people are gathering outside of the TCF Center in Downtown Detroit, trying to get inside to challenge votes which are being counted.People outside of the center say they are not being let in to challenge the votes. The Detroit Health Department said TCF Center is at capacity and that's what police are enforcing.Republicans are hoping to challenge the vote and claimed they were unfairly being kept outside where the absentee ballots are being counted. (KGTV) -- El Cajon Police searched an illegal marijuana dispensary that resulted in six people being detained Thursday morning.Police served the search warrant after receiving complaints about the illegal business, which is located near homes on the 400 block of West Douglas Avenue.The City of El Cajon doesn’t allow marijuana dispensaries within city limits.When police arrived, they found marijuana, marijuana edibles, drinks and cash.Police said no arrests have been made in the case, but the investigation is ongoing. 547

Investigators said a newer silver four-door sedan ran down the unidentified victim in the intersection of East Chase and Lincoln Ave. about 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 6. A witness started CPR on the 58-year-old man but he died of his injuries after he was transported to Sharp Memorial Hospital. Dr. Anthony Fauci delivered more good news regarding a potential coronavirus vaccine, indicating some Americans could begin getting vaccinated by the end of this month.During an interview with CNN’s Wolf Blitzer, Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said it’s possible a vaccine could begin reaching some Americans by the end of the month, but was confident some would begin getting vaccinated by the end of the year.Fauci’s declaration came on the same day Pfizer said that its Phase 3 vaccine candidate was showing an effectiveness of over 90%. Fauci said the announcement was promising, but a few more questions need to be addressed before it is given approval. Fauci said that things like the vaccine’s durability and effect on the elderly are among concerns that still need to be tackled.“We may have doses that we’re able to give to people by the end of November, beginning of December,” Fauci told CNN’s Blitzer. “Now you have to go through the hoops of making sure all of the I’s are dotted and the T’s are crossed about the safety and regulatory aspects of it, but we would be giving vaccine, very likely, by the end of this year.
