NATIONAL CITY, Calif (KGTV) -- The National City Elementary Teachers Association reached a contract settlement with the National School District Tuesday.Under the settlement, teachers will receive a 2 percent on-schedule increase, retroactive to January 2018.The settlement also makes changes to health and welfare benefits. MOUNTAIN VIEW (CNS) - Police today are looking for answers in the case of a 49-year-old man, who was shot following an argument outside a Mountain View liquor store Saturday.The incident occurred in the 3600 block of Oceanview Boulevard at 11 p.m., according to Officer Robert Heims of the San Diego Police Department.After exiting the store, the victim had a verbal tussle with a group of men, police said.He was shot at multiple times while driving away and was hit in the right shoulder by a bullet.The victim made it to National City and the police were called. The price they are looking for the greatest deal. It's too good to be true offer. They act on it. NATIONAL CITY (CNS) -  A pedestrian was struck by multiple vehicles and killed while attempting to cross an Interstate 5 off-ramp in National City, authorities said Friday.The crash happened shortly before 8:25 p.m. Thursday on the Civic Center Drive off-ramp from southbound Interstate 5, California Highway Patrol Officer Jake Sanchez said.A man was attempting to cross the off-ramp from an unknown direction when he walked directly into the path of a Toyota Rav4 driven by a 33-year-old woman, Sanchez said. The man was then struck by two other vehicles, he said.The unidentified man was pronounced dead at the scene, Sanchez said. 652
